I think by the actions on Wallstreet they have been monitoring this and moved before it got started. So are the threads on here with 3000 posts same old people just pumping numbers? And other sites are their numbers MODs playing with numbers? What would the politicos do if they had a real number of constituants emailing Dear Sir you will be voting (Date): We Will be outside (State) Marijuana lobby? I would have to leave my gun at home even if I renewed my permit. What would Atlanta look like if a percentage of 20,000 were going to show up? I would be one of thre tall bald people there!
please speak english. thank you.

just trying to inject some reality into your thought process.
The reality is: they all of the polititians want to be reelected. If I was in doubt I voted against the incumbent it would seem they realized that. So now before lobbiying reform ? Are the potheads the 1% of the Hells Angels 1950s? What are our real numbers? Just dress nice we want to 'f' mess with there heads! We do not want to be there 90 minutes after the execution! That was funny: Fried Chicken!

OK name one FAIR Tax Scamnario that covers Capital gains and Investment Income

There is no capital gains tax in the fair tax bill. Everything is simplified so the system can run smoother, and its more difficult for rich people to cheat the system. Its a battle between the big corporations like GE that lobby to keep those tax loopholes, and people in congress who will actually do the right thing and not give into special interest. There are both republicans and democrats that give into the demands of corporate greed. Would you invest and then compete with GE knowing they pay no taxes, and that you would need to pay a shitload? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FairTax

I have been on a fixed budget since 1998. I and the government know exactly how much tax I pay. So if I desire to Hope that I am alive when MJ gets legal and I can closet grow and pay a permit like my $100 gun permit. If me going down town to represent my 2 sons that do smoke while I go by the Varsity to get a chilli dog. Let us set a date. Seems someone would know if we met by the Gold Dome in Atl. And yes I would stand in the middle of a exit if I had a few people around me I am old enough to know when to move. You can get your point across with out going to jail or court. Now that there are camera phones.

I am not talking about fair tax. I looked at tax structure of 50 states. Put IRS outt to checking compliance to a National sales tax after they come up with a reasonable Budget. If it were legal for $25 for 5 seeds I could grow a cash crop and pay tax. I have no issue with paying taxes if I make some money: make enough money and I will spend some of it. I pay tax to eat at Taco Bell do Ii get a write off? That is the problem: collect sales tax on gas send it to feds to get part back how many government employees are required? For me I can spend $136 for food a month so if you taxed my food after $137 at the register it would not touch me. $12 tax a gallon of alcohol does nott touch me. If Medicaid is 12 billion in the hole due to liver and lung cancer raise the tax on alcohol and tobacco everything is a closed loop!

I live in poverty level. My food is taxed, how many people handel the process of Sorry just make IRS more inclusive/bigger? Government isthe problem.

It would shrink the size of the IRS big time! Don't you get it? If you have a job you would pay no income taxes. Keep your whole check. No Capital Gains tax would free up the markets. No corporate tax would keep businesses here in America. ........There would be no need for a massive IRS bureaucracy.

Back when I worked for my self as a contractor I think I paid 25% FICA my 12.5 and i was my employer? So a friend that works for IRS tells me I am committing tax evasion the way I figure my taxes/ I fill outt the forms according to the directions. So the easy form was the 1040 with Stimulus written across it twice? We would have all been rolling if 1 $Trillion had been directly divided among 300 Million census: $3333 but I got $1000? Even when they try it is a cluster*! We need to tell DC what we know will work: do you know how to grow? Stick to what you know will work.

Unless I missed it: Every cash register figures out the tax before I get my change. All six pages for GA when I went to get my TIN. What is left for IRS would be catching skimmers/tax cheats. Lay off / fire enough people to balance the state and federal government there would be a lot of people growing something: $25 for 5 seeds? My tomatoes did fairly well until I went over 4000 gallons of water and I exceeded my budget and had to rely on rain fall. 4 adults and 2 children it can happen. So when we realize we are a closed loop and Government is necessary but can only spend a balanced budget! SURPRISE! SURPRISE!Marijuana is the next cash crop. We know it now to get THEIR Attention! Unless you have a better IDEA?

ron paul will not legalize because he can not.

the only way to re-legalize cannabis will be through voter initiatives. stoners are just too easy of a political target for it to happen any other way.

at least with obama we got the holder memo, which was soon plowed over in my state by state attorney generals. but ron paul would support that, because he is all about states' rights, yes?
Again, which Holder memo? The one saying to leave MMJ alone or the one that said there is no protection under federal law and we are therefore subject to arrest and prosecution?

the holder memo that directed state and federal authorities to not bother those compliant with their state medical cannabis laws.

here in oregon, the state attorney generals (34 out of 35 of them) signed on to a different memo that is an assault on those trying to bend the state law by opening dispensaries/smoking clubs (which are not allowed under our laws). i assume that as a states' rights issue, ron paul would side with those 34 attorney generals, since he is such an outspoken proponent of states' rights.

So "Don't bother those that are compliant with their state laws." equates to raid whoever the hell you want? i have known a couple people that were in more compliance than any others in the area and got raided earlier this year. WTH? Actions speak MUCH louder than any words or memo that are not followed imo.

no, but in oregon they have really only closed down a few shops, and they were the ones going most over the line, openly selling seeds and doing some other shady stuff that i am too stoned to remember.

i haven't seen or heard of any raids on legal compliant growers here lately.

can you cite me one or more of those cases? as i hear, there is a 99 plant limit in CA at best. i don't know what the weight limit is in CA.

but with up to 99 plants, you can grow way more than is needed for simple personal consumption. were some people "in compliance" selling large amounts, perhaps?

Well, seeds aren't shady in a horticulture-based industry imo but i see what you are saying. No shady shit as far as i know. Simply asking compensation at the lowest price in the area (had $5/g outdoor and NOTHING over $10/g for indoor bud). i'm gonna take care of momma and will reply (cite)
further in the morning :)
