Aero clones leaving for vacation...not done.

I have some clones in my aero that aren't done. They haven't rooted yet and I am leaving in two days. Any suggestions? I was thinking about putting a dome over them and soaking it a ton before I left. I am going to be gone for 7 days. Once they root will they die if the dome dries out? :joint:

If they have a steady mist on the roots the tops will not dry out. Just throw the dome over the top and have a good vacation. Make sure your pump is running right and you have fresh water in it before you leave. By the time you get back they should have full roots and show light to moderate yellowing (they should have enough nutes stored in the leaves for a couple weeks at least).

if your clones havn't grown a decent root system before the dome dries out then your plants would die, but if they get roots before you leave the ag should take care of them. only thing i can think of is to set up a mister in in the dome and set it to spray every now and again.

I have an EZ clone and i have never misted them or put a dome over them, they do just fine with no yellowing of the leaves, i can show you pics if you would like

I have a home built aero-cloner and never have to use a dome. Here the RH hovers around 15-20% in the winter.

Wow ok, thanks guys. I think I might try to put a dome over them before I leave for good measure. I am crossing my fingers for when I return :blsmoke:
