Okay so I should wait about 2 weeks and see if this thing does anything and if not ditch the bitch and start over?

This is normal, the majority of the flowering process happens fast and at the end weeks of flowering, From what i have studied the plant isnt really even in flowering till 2-3 weeks after 12/12, Patience and you will see nugs soon enough, Just dont disturb the light cycle and its all gravy,
My current white widow is the same (except 3 feet tall), maybe a bit larger buds but it is stretchy like that. I also heard the weight comes on strong at ending weeks.

I wanted to try the famous "white widow" but by looks of yield it will be the last run, unless its like super fantastic superlicious smoke.

ya id say hold onto it for awhile longer because its obviously not dead and you've already spent all this time on it, whats a few more weeks?
A few more weeks is a plant vegged and trained and put into flower that is healthy with an abundance of foliage and tight nodes. Producing around 3oz dry.

dude a plant that big cannot be expected to flower vigorously a month into flowering - furthurmore, a transplant during flowering for a plant that big would cause some minor confusion and likely slow growth for a bit.

don't worry my friend. that plant has a thousand budding sites. give it some time to grow.

So just keep it growing? I think I'm going to start a grow journal for this plant till it starts budding.

no one has mentioned that the plant looks extremely sativa dominant, and i'm not really surprised it's budding so slow. however even sativas typically have more foliage than that, but it looks otherwise healthy. if it were mine and i had already invested that much time and effort, and the plant was as green as it is, i would just let it bloom. i've heard of 18 week sativas. however the light, while abundant, might not be enough for that beast. sativas are used to the sun at the equator. if it ever gets to mature i bet it will be some special smoke.

Well the question I have for everyone is will this thing bud with in the next 3 months????? It seems to me that the white hair part of the plant (the bud site) is getting bigger everyday but I dont know what that means.

well if you only transplanted 2 and a half weeks ago maybe its still recovering from some severe root bound issues and is growing into her new pot not focusing on bud production and now its got lotsa new roots shes starting to grow more bud

Hrm.. Well I'm doing white widow too and it is so far very compact (very small space between the nodes). White widow is a cross between a sativa and an indica, so it shouldn't really get that tall. Are you positive it's white widow?
You're post has made me decide to start flowering my white widow girls earlier than I was going to, just in case =)
