This guy has been slowing the conversation for months. To answer your question foot yes I had 2 400w hps with air cooled hoods with no high speed fans venting them. I just had a box fan on them. I've made it well known that I am not and do not pretend to be a professional grower.
Although I have been doing this since I was in college back when floros still ruled the scene, this is my hobby and for my garden leds work well and provide what I need - not to interact with people like you in the real world. I detest drug dealers of any kind. The weed I grow is kept to myself or shared with friends. I'm able to grow a QP every 7-9 weeks of fantastic buds with leds using 4 autoflowers.
I keep my hobby and professional life very separate. Since we've all degenerated to ad hominem attacks - enjoy working retail at a hydro shop and dispensary I'm sure they provide a wonderful living and exceptional retirement plans.

nope they only offer experiance and a wealth of info at the hydro store....as far as retirement goes they offer nothing of the sorts, my retirement comes from my grows not my job......sorry if i work in a retail store but like i said i dont work there for the money i work there becasue i love to grow weed, veggies flowers etc etc.. i like to work at a place where i get to talk about what i love to do ..I like to work at a place where i get to buy the equipment that i need for a hudge discount.... i like to work in a club because the money is good its alot better then the money at the retial store i also like the club because im the very first employee so i get the best hours and get to pick what i do wether it be taking care of the nursery or bud tending or checking people in at the door i get to do what i love....... and you act like its a horrible easy job to get?? LOL you know how many people come into the club asking for jobs and dropping resumes? know how many people want to work at the local grow shop?? lol you guys just arent in touch with the real world or atleast how CA works ........ there is a fucking waiting list for just ONE opening at the cannibas club..... Like i said above over and over i get to do what you guys do for fun on this thread but i get to do do it for a living and make money doing it........ and you wanna hate on that??? that out right laughable at best....

EDIT: I use HIDs btw,the € per watt of LED is too high for me to change so far,but when the price comes down it's definitely an interesting and rapidly advancing technology.
