I used to sit in my bedroom soldering components on a circuit board. I had this adjustable metal arm with a pincer on the tip to hold the circuit board in place. I had this thing holding a XXL spliff so I could have 2 arms free to do what I was doing 
The better part is this geeky stuff wasn`t even for my course they should put that in the video, MARIJUANA GROWS BRAIN CELLS
Edit: Its also pretty annoying to blow your microscope specimens off the slide while blowing the smoke out lol Yes sir, I used to look down a microscope holding my toke in talk about being a geeky stoner
