they look close. you will most definitely get high from that, BUT you will get great tasting weed only if you've been only using water for the last week, but i think you should wait cuz it looks like your plant still has a good amount of fertilizer in it. there are still a good enough amount of new white hairs to justify waiting also. and i know those buds will get fatter if you just wait one more week.

my advice; feed only water for 5-7 days then chop chop! and nice job man +rep for you

Do you have any way of checking the trichomes?
If so, please report back what they look like (clear, cloudy or amber) and how many (in %).

What strain is that? 10 weeks is a lot but is needed for some plants and I've seen strains flowered much longer.
It looks like the plant could easily use another 2 weeks.
However that might not be the right move for you.

If you are looking for a more couch-lock effect, wait a week or so.
If you want head-high / energetic effect, harvest (and cure ofc).

The strains are from dutch passion. White widow and orange bud. The problem I have is that for some reason, there was around an inch of growth late in flowering causing the bottom of the cola to be ripe and not the top. The WW is now becoming cloudy whereas the orange bud is more amber. I would have thought the finishing times would have been closer but because of the limited spaced and heat probably caused the difference in flowering times. I had decided to wait a week because of the WW not really being where I want it. I believe the claim was that WW had a 8 week and orange bud had a 9 week flowering time but it seems to be more like 11-12 weeks for the WW and 10-11 weeks for orange bud

Okay, well I would suggest you harvest the Orange Bud if its trichomes are turning amber.
If you are looking for a more energetic high from the WW I would suggest you harvest when it's about 70% - 90% cloudy.

If you know there are problems occuring in your grow area it's wise to just harvest and get the best out of your plants you can to not harm them any more.
Heat stress will only get worse as they get bigger.

I would let those go at least another week. If you chop down now, you will be kicking yourself.
Here is a pic of some white widow that I cut down last week.. Is yours super frosty?

Ya i would also wait atleast a week or two, last harvest i decided to harvest when 90% of the trichomes were milky and only a few were amber, BIG mistake, i barely even knew i was high, just a tiny little head buzzing and a little energy. Wait for atleast 50% amber trichs for a powerful stone.

That makes no sense.
If you harvest when you have 90% milky you should get an energetic head high.
Are you sure you dried your harvest and cured it correctly?
If you had no effect while they were 90% milky you won't have any effect when they're 50% amber, the THC lvl doesn't rise, the THC is broken down to CBD (which is why the trichs turn amber as they degrade).
There isn't any effect when you harvest clear trichs.
Milky and amber trichs both produce strong highs, just different effects.
