dont know where yu got your numbers but it rents for 2200 per month, over double 13k. in that neighborhood, of which i am familiar, you couldnt rent a dog house for 13000 a year.

According to Mr. Biden’s office, the vice president’s mother lived in the cottage until she died in January 2010. At that time, the Secret Service had been renting properties in the Wilmington area for agents who were providing a protective presence at Mr. Biden’s personal residence

I got those numbers from Dick Morris. 8/2/2011 He is a straight shooter. He used to work for Bill Clinton. The total contract after rent and everything else comes out to $60,000 a year .
