If he is, why not just put him on ignore? i've never had someone get under my skin enough to do it but it is an option.
As for his statement, it rings true. Wasn't long ago that a BUNCH of members got banned for what seemed to some members EXTREMELY light rule infractions. idk what they were about nor do i know any other details and even if i did, it is against the rules to discuss moderation in the open forum. i know i heard a couple were banned for that.
