If i wasn't in the medical field that would be excatly what id be doing. Love cooking/grilling always did since i was a kid in my mid to late 20s now still love it.

Haha awesome, that's exactly where I'm going, except Arizona art institute of culinary arts lol... I love it and I'm damn good at it, I can see myself doing it for years to come...
Hell Yeah, I'm currently a manager/chef at a major business, but also cook for a former manager of mine that has now opened his own line of restraunts and catering...
Some day I hope to open my own. That's why I'm going to school for culinary and business management...
