I have never heard of the Tea Party Express. ....However the person who started the modern day tea party movement is dale robertson, a retired marine. you should look up his website. Other than that the tea party is a grass roots organization,dating back hunreds of years

no. it means a lot of people piggy back off the tea party. groups try and recruit but are not welcome. If I see a skinhead at a tea party rally trying to spread racist hate propaganda.
