it might be said that the presidency is theirs to lose, but they are doing a hell of a job of it. romney is a slightly younger version of mccain, essentially a liberal without the true wacko credentials, and perry is spectacularly unimpressive. they've shut honesty out of the race, deciding that paul is too old and a danger to the status quo, and the only intelligent thing they've done is to keep palin out of the running. it seems we are back to the presidential races of my youth, no real differences between the opposing forces except their style of rhetoric and how quickly they will destroy us.

I stood 30 feet from her (and Romney, and Gingrich, and Ghouliani) while she gave a speech and watched the crowd pop boners and spooge all over each other while she said absolutely.....NOTHING. I can assure you...she has a chance. You know...kinda like how Obama had women fainting in the aisles while he had the crowd chanting "YES WE CAN!!!"

i hope you realize how ignorant this liberal cliche actually is. here we have y'all claiming that conservatism is the ideology of the rich and powerful, but also claiming that their supporters are a bunch of poverty stricken hicks. you must have a rather low opinion of your own abilities if you see it as necessary to steal the wealth that all those stupid hillbillies managed to accumulate. for that matter; if it's so easy to acquire wealth that even an uneducated bumpkin can manage the task, why aren't all of you enlightened intellectuals able to manage it as well?

Paul will get more people voting for him than Obama, that's all I know.

This is operating under the premise that Paul gets the GOP nod. You, like most other Paul supporters, are operating under the idea that RP is running against Obama already. The reality is...RP is running against the GOP...and the GOP doesn't give a rat's ass about anyone/thing other than the retention of their power/status quo (same goes for the Dems).

For RP to go head to head w/ Obama would mean he'd have to get the GOP nod. I'll vote for him, you'll vote for him, but most people take their marching orders from their media master on TV. Don't believe me? How else do you think Obama won the last election?

Can you quote my whole quote...in context- I said they will teat your theory-of running a retard, and the reason I said that, like i've said in neumorouse posts is that I think the GOP would rather loose than nominate Ron Paul and win
