Illegal search and seizure!?

so today i got raided because someone said their were pills shrooms and acid being sold out of my house..this is not true the only thing i have or had in my house was marijuana and some pipes and bowls..here is the problem, i live in columbus and the swat that raided me was from reynoldsburg soo from another city not mine..they said they called columbus and they said to go ahead with the raid( bull shit) than they said my house is reynoldsburg now becasue they changed it (bull shit) i pay columbus bills and columbus school bills i have proof that i live in columbus do you think i can get them for Illegal search and seizure and get this thrown away

They need probable reason to raid your home, did they claim they had it? and did they explain it all to you? I think they have to have tangible proof.

Like if they saw underage kids at a party and the cops saw them drinking threw the window of the home they have the right to go into that house, but if the person next door called and said they were drinking
they couldnt just go into the house. they have the right to knock on the door and peek inside when you open it though.

other then that I dont think they had a right.
take it to court and see what they have to say.

im sorry to hear that, n u cant do nothing to them cuz i mean u might be able to take on a few guys or 1 but then its like 10 of them jaja. well i mean damn u can go to the courthouse or something n report that. i know its not the best answer but i think someone here should know what to do exactly on how to report em,cuz i mean they dont give a fuck they aint paying u for ur damages. n they cant raide u without a warrant

they said the raided because of pills..i dont do pills and never will..let alone sell them..but their are a few cats i think set me up..they stared doing pills so i told them they cant hang around with that shit..i heard they got caught with them. i havn't talk to them in a few months and the kid tried to call me out of no where last night..my thought is he had the cops next to him and was trying to get me to say i would sell him some weed or something but i didnt answer the phone..10 am i hear loud banging and next thing you know im on the ground with a knee threw my back..i call the kid after the raid and he sounded very weird..and guess what..he asked if i could get him some shrooms..lets just say he'll be learning a good lesson here shortly

no they didnt see anything cuz it was 10 am eveyone was asleep no one was smokin or anything..just heard a loud bang from them breakin my door down and another loud bong from the flash granade

yeah they had one..it was 1 hour from being expired..aint that some shit..but they are not from my city..they came from another sooo wtf they cant doo that

o yeah o yeah that boy set u up for sure man,i would know man like trust me. i know how this shit goes.he has more then 1 sign of guilty. i know cuz this is one of their routines,the cops tell em if u dont want to get introble tell me a big dealer n he snitch u out cuz he was mad at u. then the cops will be with him, ask the kid to ask u to sell him weed so they can catch u red handed, they lock u up destroy ur house,smoke ur pot. and so on

You don't understand so much as incorrectly believe. Look into the use of CIs in drug cases. All they need is a the word of a CI and they can bust down your door.
