Help with growing

This is my first attempt at growing a plant. I don't know much but so far i have germinated a seed using the wet tissue method and the root is now pretty long, i planted it in a pot with the head of the seed sticking out. now i am puzzled. Do i leave it in a dark place or in the light, i am going to be growing this outdoors. Thank you

put the seed under just a bit of dirt. Keep it under the light for about 16-18 hours a day.

couple weeks with NO nutes and then slowly start a nute campaign

Is a florecent light suitable?

if my light has a low watt will the plant not gain the things it needs from the light and die or grow slow?

for the beginning part of growth a flouro should be fine, and ur starting outdoors now? u might want to look at that again unless u live near the equator

32 watt fleuro or something similar is enough. and ya, you need to grow indoors at this point

Light, lots of light keep it under light 24 hours for a couple weeeks
