New Grow Tent (76" x 48" x 48") [PIX INCLUDED]

I just got 2 sets of femi seeds. A 5 pack of White Rhino and a 5 pack of Master Kush. I am germinating 2 seeds of each at the moment. My set up includes the following:

-LED Wholesalers GYO1008 76" x 48" x 48" Mylar Reflective Hydroponic Grow Tent
-150 watt HPS Complete Kit
-4 - 42 watt CFL's
-4" x 12" / 200CFM Phresh 100% Virgin Australian Carbon Filter
-w/ a 4 inch duct booster fan attatched to my carbon filter outside the ten...(I will be upgrading to a much more powerful inline fan in the next few days!)
-Large Box Fan
-8" fan on ceiling






PLEASE, I WOULD LOVE SOME FEEDBACK...Any suggestion, comments, concerns, would be much appreciated.

It has 3 exhaust ports and 3 screen vents with mylar flaps...its completely light proof, I have my carbon filter and ducting tube coming out of one of them in the pix i posted.

you only got a 150w hps? i have a tent that is a little smaller than yours and i am about to start running a 400w light man, make sure to keep my updated on how much you yield with that much light

Now that you have the space save some $ for a 400 or 600 and utilize your entire tent.May be able to rock the fan you have with a 400 nicely.

Thanks for the advice...I was thinking the exact same thing my good man. Once I see some profit from the forst grow, I will absolutely update my tent to a 400...perhaps 600watt HPS. But I think 150watt and 4-42 CFL's will do 4 plants just fine for now. I might even buy another 150watt in the next month once the plants start needing more light. Then I can use the extra 150 watt to keep a nice cycle of crops going.

Get ATLEAST a 250 bro.

I have only grown with a 600 but have seen buds done under both 150 and a 250.......BIG difference.I mentioned the 400 cause it would probably work out with the fan you already have.You go with a 600 u gonna need more fan.

gotcha....ok well im still gonna get another 150 watt for now...then when I can afford it...i will get a 400 watt and grow 6 plants next time

Don't get another 150.Get atleast a 250.Buds under a 150 don't compare to a 250.If ya stick to the 150 you'll see what i'm sayin at harvest.

2 150's is just that,2 150's....not 300.If i add another 600 to my grow i won't produce plants or buds that a 1,200 watt stadium light would.See what me sayin?You gain a better foot print yes but the wattage is still the same,same lumens,same penetration etc.

Thanks again for the advice....I will def get a 250 instead of the 150....and with the 150 and 250 in there...it should be rocking for only 4 plants....this is technically my first grow...i have some stragllers that I abused and have incredibly stunted growth...so I ordered medical seeds and started fresh in a brand new grow environment...free of all the old problems i had...Powdery mildew, nats, aphids, etc. It was a fucking mess. I have just planted my white rhino and master kush seeds an hour ago... they germinated nicely and Im hoping they will sprout out of the ground within the next 36-48 hours. Ill keep you guys posted!
