What is up with FAIL

Well I got the seeds from a bag. I was suprised to see how well they are doing. As of right now I have the sprouts sitting in my kitchen window. They get good sun light, the spot they are in is airy and warm. I have no idea what to do next really. I'm just going by the seat of my pants. I do have a growers manual that I seriously need to pick up. I'm just a lazy asshole who doesn't feel like reading a book.
My advice is too transplant them into bigger pots and keep transplanting them so they keep growing... If you let the roots hit the walls it seems like it stunts the growth dramatically. Get a Neutral soil like FoxFarm or something and grab General Hydroponics "Go Box" for like $30. It will have every nute you need as a beginner.

I got made fun of for needing Financial Aid to pay for college.

College is fucking expensive... not everyone has parents that pay for college. I know I don't have 20 grand a year to splurge on college.

So tell that asshole who made fun of you to fuck off.
Yeah and he didn't even graduate highschool to boot!! hahaha I couldn't believe someone could say something like that!! That would be like me insulting a fortune 500 company, and saying "you're such a loser, cause you make millions a year!!" WTF is wrong with people now adays???

Also a pretty important thing beginners over look is thier pH levels. I've grown bagseed before and of course your seeds are different from mine... keep them around 5.8-6.0 pH. And since they're bag seed try to keep the stress on the plants to a minimal to try and reduce chances of hermies. You can reduce stress by keeping light cycles at 18 hours on and 6 off. Never let the soil dry out completely. Be careful with the transplanting... try not to harm the roots... shit like that... Rule of thumb... If you wouldnt like it to happen to you, chances are the plant wouldn't either.

Yeah I wouldn't someone fucking my roots up either hahahaha. Thank for the good advice. What about root rot? Will the roots rot if they are always wet?

Yes if they're always soaked... I always let them dry out a bit but not to the point of the leaves wiltering. I mix up the soil the best i can too before the feeding and once a day or so after the feeding... just to keep everything as fresh as possible

not too impose on your thread here. but I'm actually well educated (obviously to-too-two)

See, I went to college my friend.. (wow all that knowledge between beer bong hits ) I have 3 years of Psychology compiled in my brain. (Would you expect it to be anywhere else?)

My experience in that field tells me that your more than like the one that has to worry about 'Food Stamps'. (which shows you have no experience) ( get rid of 'than' and replace 'like' with 'likely' and you have a sentence..oh, forgot, you went to college)

I say that because you brought that up, without anyone else even mentioning anything about being on 'Food Stamps'.. which more than likely means, the reason you came up with it.. is because your currently signed up for them yourself.. and you can't handle the fact that your having to do so.

(ok, you have yet to get past psych 101. In any case, I took troll 101 and the cardinal rule is to say things to piss the majority of the audience off to attract attention. Maybe the real reason is because I need attention, or that I'm just bored stiff and just passing time? Brush off your book and tell me what ailment I may have, but than again, I'm trolling.

What I think you are trying to say is that I'm ashamed ? Maybe more people should feel ashamed. If I truly needed them I would not be ashamed

It's a way your kind 'vent', so to speak. (It wouldn't be a defense mechanism would it? )You put your issues on other people.. its the way your brain works. Its' not necessarily a bad thing... so to speak, however, it can become an issue if you don't get it looked at and properly diagnosed. (well I wouldn't come to you for proper diagnosis)

P.S. - Just to let you know, I've put you on ignore because I really don't feel like hearing your negativity and deep ignorance. Grow up.
I'm crushed.

Should be, "then again" I'm not college educated, or on food stamps. I am pretty high though. ;)

Actually the reason for Transplanting to bigger pots is for that Exact reason. Instead of putting a seed right into a 5gal, *if handled correctly* that same seed would be a more vigorous plant due to the fact its Pots have been Upped. Rootbound is not good we all know that..BUT ROOTS CIRCLING THE POT making a little rootball IS GOOD... PROFESSIONAL COMMERCIAL GROWERs PREFER THEIR PLANTS/POTS TO BE ON THE EDGE OF ROOTBOUND when harvest day comes, Then the plant throws more energy into Buds. Thats what the King said & hes perfected his bud trust.

I like to keep my plants 'on the edge of rootbound' . A good rootball ensures good uptake, and too large of a pot early can be detrimental, especially to new growers who's most common mistake is overwatering.

Plus, allowing the roots to wrap, and fill the pot before upcanning helps to make sure that the medium won't fall away from the roots, which can shock/stress the plant, and slow it down for a few days.

This is my experience with pots/cans.

Like I was saying Morgan.. if someone has the need to make fun of you for needing financial aid for college... then guess what, those people making fun of you are actually the real losers. As I mentioned before.. I have 3 years of Psychology under my belt.. and generally when people bully other people.. its because the bullies are actually the ones with the problems. It's been proven time after time..

but anyhow.. its all gravy.

peace.

Did I mention I have 3 years of psychology under my belt and in my brain? What is the term one uses when they incessantly boast about their achievements?

I would say Guru is right, but in all honesty you dont need 3 years of Psychology to know that & 2nd.. 3 years is nothing to brag about.. :) Might as well just say "I went to College"! !!
