so, i was checking on my girls this evening and decided that I should turn the one around since I thought her buds looked smaller on the side that wasn't right near the lights. To my surprise, she had grown what i'm gonna call a thumb around the backside (which I don't really ever see)! So she's even more awesome than I thought Right now i'm one day shy of 7 weeks flowering. oh, and its skunky as hell in my grow room finally. I'm stupid excited right now and she's not even done yet. lol.

Loking great!! Nice grow. i just checked my plants outside and the lack of rain stunted there growth horribly!! So im prolly going to give up on those. i have done 3 indoor grows with cfls i think im going to get it going again!! how old/tall were those when you put them into 12/12

i'd say the taller ones were 8-9 inches and the one thats almost done was probably 6-7 inches when I switched them over.

Wow. and they are like a foot or so now? i have 2 going right now and they are about 6 to 8 inches if they are going to end up that big i will think about switching them over in a week or soo!

she's probably more like 2 feet now. haven't ever measured her tho. the taller sativa like one is like 3 ft and would have kept going if I didn't keep trimming her back.

Its really nothing fancy. I found a litter box cover that the last residents of my house had left behind so I spray painted the inside silver (white prob would have been better). Covered up the hole in one side where the door was, but left a small hole to feed cords through. Cut a hole on the other side too for same purpose. There is a power strip attached to the top with zip ties and into that I plugged in 3 socket adapters and y-splitters. There is also two other sockets with cords plugged into the strip as well (both set up with y-splitters as well) to drop down the sides. So that means I can use 10 bulbs. the whole thing is hung from a beam on the ceiling so I could raise and lower it as needed. A lot of the stuff I had from previous grows and the cover was free, so I didn't have to spend all that much to put it together.

Considering chopping her this weekend. That would put her at just under 12 weeks old and 8 weeks of flowering. I would like to make more room for my other girl and two clones. No scope, so no way to check out her trichs. Any thoughts?

she looks ready to chop but I'd give it a few more days just to make sure shes ripe lol. Or just take a sample and judge it from that. Grow looks good though, keep it up

i've decided to let her go another week. took a sample last night which was pretty good, but i think she could be better with a little more time. the waiting is killing me since i've not had bud around for about 3 months. smoked a ton last weekend with a friend at a sunset to sunrise electronic music event, and then had to go back to nothing. lol. its all good, just am ready for her to be done

I personally say 2 weeks... maybe not.. but alottta white means alittle weight... just looks like it can go nowhere but up with a little more time

From what I have read on here. 10-12 weeks of flowering is required for harvest. Also dont the Trichs tell you when its mature, i.e. 50% cloudy 50% amber?

I finally gave in and harvested her (I blame stress at work). I'm pretty pleased with the outcome tho
