1: regular seeds are the best. They are natural and predictable. They are more stable than feminized and you can take clones of the plant.
2 :Feminized are more prone to hermies and mutations. I however have never seen a difference in potency from regular seeds, just more stable genetics. In most cases you dont have to pick out the males from your room, however you need to watch closer for pollen balls.
3: autoflowering has its place in certain circumstances. Autoflowering are good if you have limited space. If you are unable to control photoperiod of the plant (ie how much light it gets per day), if you grow outdoors in the middle of an off season. Can not be cloned. Does not yield as much. I have seen the rudaralis cross effect potency of the plant negatively.
