Okay Hops that gave me a chuckle. Well the gurls are looking good the Cross I have been tying down so she aint looking over the fence at the neighbors. All of the gurls have started to flower some have already stretched. Looks like they will get a good dose of food tonight then I will prepare a tea for this weekend. Keepem green dirrtyd

Well everything is looking good the PM is vanishing feeling good. The JTR is looking real good cant waste to taste her. This is going to be a long trimming season for sure. The bunch onion experiment is working for now. I smell more onion and basil than bud at the moment we will see how long I can keep it that way. I still have alot of onions to harvest yet going to be fun. The purple erkle is a short squat something looking real nice has alot of leaves. Well everyone in the E bay shoud have plants flowering now for sure. I have some that have been flowering this year since the end of June defintely going to be a early harvest. Will put some pics up today of the gurls. They actually look alot better in person though. keepem green dirrtyd

I am seeing the switch on the Redwoods now. It really is a beautiful specimen once the buds start to form. Can't wait to share the pics with you guys.

Yeah I was thinking of not posting any flowering vids. Seems like a few of the BIG growers have been feeling the pinch and pulling their vids.

Well we got the fog drizzle going here in the BAY this morning. If this continues will be a fight against mold for sure.Well the gurls in the ground get fed today. Hope everyones grow is to there expectations. I know I exceeded again very happy. Definitely going to cut my plant count down next year. Almost time to wipe the trimmer down with alcohol. ABM I have figured out when to put clones out in my area and get max yield per strain. So now its all about how much I would like to smoke per year and which strains. Looks like the JTR and the Cross and Casey Jones are here to stay. All good Producers and smell great so far in flowering. My mainstay will always be here the dream queen. Cant wait until next season to see which six make it in the ground. Keepem green dirrtyd

I think that is key in preparing for the future. Understanding your plants and what they do for your environment. I'm glad that I have a south facing backyard with sun all day barring the fog. Well going to probably spray the gurls with BT later. I dont like to spray to late into flowering so i will probably stop the 2nd week of September. Keepem green dirrtyd

Well all the gurls have had there weekend feeding now. Will take pics mid week so we can see the change if any. The pistils are coming out like crazy on some plants and slower on other. I have some real nice calyxes on the plants also. Been busy cleaning up the middle of the bigger plants and trimming what will definitely be popcorn away. keepem green dirrtyd

Probably a stupid question, but why trim the popcorn away? Doesn't that add to the overall yield, or does it just take away what could be going to a bigger bud?

I wouldn't call any question stupid but the one not asked. IMO it takes longer to trim it at the end. Also I think that the plant woud put more energy in the top branches if the lower one are gone. TMB,VG, or DJJ, HODGE do you guys have a better logic for what I'm doing? keepem green dirrtyd

That's what I was thinking. And in my past couple of grows it takes FOREVER for the popcorn buds to finish. I have been cleaning mine off over the last couple weeks as well.
