It measure 11 5/8 inches. so my plants close to 13.5 maybe even 14 inches.

Hahaha I'm glad I bit the bullet and bought my 70w MH and HPS bulbs and ballasts. Its deff worth the investment over CFLs.

Update: Got my lights and bigger buckets and some hydroton balls.

Going to setup everything starting hopefully tonight. An pictures to come.
