I think the Co2 thingy would work better if you had like 4-6 of them in there, but one or two isn't gonna do it.
Maybe there isn't enough pressure built up inside the bottle, like maybe the valve is too loose so it's just letting too much pressure out you know?

Regardless of Co2 or no Co2 your shit is gonna fuckin be bomb digity, your plants are lookin fresh, and they are big!

You'll never be bored haha. You will just start doing new things. That is why I have been fscking around so much on this grow. I want to try everything to see what work s, and what works for me especially.

I have to go get some new rope a dope thingies. I had to get a drill last night to put the flange on the stupid can filter. My phresh filter already had that and it was lighter...I don't think it being light has anything to do with it working well. It was damned easier to put up though.

hey if you guys ever need good duct tape.. the regular stuff works good but it will loosen up with the heat ect if you put it on ducting that is warm.... but that black Gorrilla brand duct tape is a beast... It is expensive.. and I would only use it where you know it will be hard to keep things sealed or together.. but the shit is like gorilla cum...super sticky... it does not let go and is VERY thick ( steez you know the consistency of gorilla semen LOL) .. really good for patching holes.. holding ducting that you cant clamp .. basically all the bullshit we run into at times in the grow lol.

I got clamps at the hydro store this morning. I was just waiting to put them on when I got home from class tonight. I got back and my temps were, like the Fire Nation had stormed Mordor and battled the Balrog, basically.

I was using regular duct tape because I saw it was working for you. I, also, didn't take into account how much smaller your fan is than mine. The exhaust end of the fan had blown off. Luckily, I had gotten those screw type clamps. You know. The ones you use a flat head screwdriver to pull the circle together. Anyways, I got those and slapped them on. Temps shot straight down. I am going to be sealing them up with the Reflectivity tape I mentioned before. Alotaball was right on the money. I noticed while I was fixing it, that it was popping off due to the high temp air running through melting the adhesive (or whatever, all I'm saying was it was popping off).

I have the tent situated, so that I can be on my computer (finally got a desk) and stare at the girls whenever I want. It is pretty much tits mcgee. Hopefully, I have everything dialed in after moving the tent. It feels so much cooler in the room as I have been here responding to people and typing this response. The light is so pretty when you are so very medicated as I am right now. This Tangerine has got to be the original Tangerine Dream, because that is where I feel like I am right now.

Sorry, they are so fscking sexy. I just went and fixed all their little signs. ( I stopped typing and got lost in them for about 30 minutes.)

Poor God's Gift, she has shot up to 11 in. Not as tall as the other's, I love her though. I want her buds to be the prettiest.

Also, put my sign up. I am overall pretty excited with having gotten more situated after the crazy move. Hope the move is worth it. I am thinking it will be, because the tent has more access now. Reservoir changes will go much more smoothly. The room they are in now is more isolated. Which will help with bugs and bs...Fsck this Cherry Soy Yogurt is sooooooo bomb!

Did I mention I threw water bottles in the reservoir to chill it. Threw (5) 1.5L bottles in there within the last 2 hours or so. Threw them back in the freezer, will probably throw a couple in there before I head to sleep. I want a water chiller, but that is expensive. I kind of like the little bit of work I get to do chilling the reservoir. It fills the hole between reservoir changes. I am used to growing in soil after all, and I like that in soil you (IMO) are more tuned in with your plants. Maybe that coupled with not having my tent in a sweet location like it is now, was what had me so stressed. I kind of felt like I couldn't be enjoying them where they used to be.

Oh yeah, definitely gonna have some Desert Dream space issues in this bitch. I have a plan for reservoir changes with the more open room too. I will be able to pump the water out of the reservoir with the pumps I normally use for the drip system. Then I will get a garden hose from Home Depot and attach it to the spigot that the tent was blocking before and fill that bitch up quick as a whip. I am using tap water (around here the tap is almost scientifically engineered for growing plants) adding the nutes and some algaecide/fungicide/bactericide/virucide.

That reflectivity tape is pretty great. It is pretty solid and when you take it off, it come off clean. Unlike soft pliable duct tape. It's nice, but you still should clamp down ducting. I had zip ties on there before and didn't wanna buy new ones. That was absolutely a bad idea haha. I should've run that one by you actually.

Shit...All this stuff I am doing now was part of the original plan that Mistic and I scripted man. I was screwing around because I was stressing and rushing, I had run out of money so I was trying to skimp on doing things right ( right=the way we intended).

I feel like the tent isn't doing them justice. I will probably get a bigger tent to flower in when I move in the future. I hope to get this setup running smoothly so I know where I want to go with the next big upgrade. Getting little things like a spray bottle and whatnot are fun things I get to do. Mostly I want to find an easily maintained setup that I can just worry about the plants and trimming and training and all those fun things. It seems like a lifelong learning game, and I am so down.

Very nice Lantern, I love your grow, they look like they are gonna fill some jars for ya.....That aluminum tape comes in heavy duty, blows duct tape away for venting...All duct tape breaks down with heat and time....The aluminum won't.

I think a good grow is like art.....I cant wait to see them flower out.....

Thanks Natty. Hydro seems easy enough so far. Most problems are always somewhere in the last couple weeks of flowering (IMO). Hope the girls make it through to curing.

The only real big difference in hydro is you have more information (IMO). You get to know exact numbers on your nutes and medium (if you are using an inert media). After a couple mistakes it's really easy. The trimming and training is what I am looking forward to, and I definitely need all the advice I can get on doing some. I haven't quite figured anything out, growing-wise. I feel like I will always be a newb, I'm ok with that though. Learning is my favorite thing in the world.

Chime in bro, chime in. I post out here so I can have feedback on what others see or know that I don't. Your grow looks stupendous and you have so many more plants to care for, I couldn't imagine that degree of dedication. phew!

I have gotten a ton of great information from alotaball and his experience, and on the flipside Steezz and you (even on your first grows) havr given me some sage advice for sure. I appreciate it all. I just wish I could show more here. I am thinking about doing quick video clips, maybe 5 min. or less. That way everyone gets a sense of the sounds and environment. or fleeting glance at something on a leaf I may have missed. I think it will be really great to not have to remember what I did with my damn composition notebook.

I think it will be really great to not have to remember what I did with my damn composition notebook.

Opened the tent to find that the drippers had popped. 3 of them became detached from the drip stakes and flooded the bottom of the tent. :{

Luckily, I have a little flood guard in there. I have to clean everything up, worried about the ladies now. Seems like it is something new everyday, haha.

The way I originally planned to LST changed while I was doing it. I started to tie the string around branches then loop it through tiny holes I drilled into the lip of the pot, and tie them again. After about 4 strings in I thought, how the hell am I going to adjust these now? Untie and retie? F that. Not to mention it was taking forever and a day. Instead of anything being tied, I doubled the length of the string and looped it through the branch I was training and brought the ends together evenly down at the side of the pot. Pull down on the ends of the string to bend the branch to where you want it and tape it to the side of the pot with that aluminum tape I mentioned earlier. In a few days the branch will begin to grow up from where you looped the string. So when you start to bend your branches you will want to bend them as close to horizontal as possible, thus bushing them out. If you need to adjust just peal off the tape, pull down on the string (or move it to a different node on the same branch) and put on a new piece of tape. It worked awesome for me. When I have no time limit I'm going to start the LST early in veg. I will also veg them a lot longer assuming I'll have no time restriction the second time around. Get them fuckers massive before flower. I'll get some pictures tonight and post them up so you'll get a better idea. Hopefully some of this made sense!
