What the hell is wrong with this plant!?!?!?!

Ok. so i started this plant in a small, not ment for growing bud, or anything else container, and then moved it into a bigger and better container AND bought 2 65k output cfls. so it started growing more, (e. stem got more stable, more leaves.) and now it looks like this... WTF?

Did you go out your back door and take dirt from under your shade tree?seedlings dont take much to get started, but when they do get started they need food. Feed her lightly at 1/4 strength nutes. or carefully take her out of that tub and put her in some ffhf. that seedling would love it. she just needs fed....

dont over water , food , better soil, and make sure that cfl is like 2-3 inches away no more than 4.

Ok, ill go shopping for nutes. Thank you for the help and ive heard ALOT about foxfarm ocean or whatever, were could i buy that?

And no the soil is not from outside its MG organic mix.

I use Fox Farm ocean forest its good for me. some of my friends use it to works great for them. If you can get some Age Old Grow npk 12-6-6 its great stuff man and hard to burn your plants. all organic. cost me 10.99 at my local hydro store. You should be able to get it at any grow supply store.
