I can not wait till my pineapple express plants start to flower my 3 fast buds are flowering now they say they are only like 60 days from seed to harvest so they should not have too much longer yay!!!!!

well my cabinet used to be in the garage of my house, which is a 2 story and the garage is under the computer room, so it never got hot no matter what, i was pulling in fresh cool air all the time, the last grow i had to bring the cabinet upstairs cause i had family coming over and battling the heat was kinda hard...but all in all i got over 2.5 ounces off 2 plants and i still have a third silver diesel outside which is just growin away, the smoke off the LA CHEESE was good but could have been better, although i got my friend some of the same clones and HIS la cheese came out bomb so i know it was the heat so im giving her another whirl, the blue venom was a strain from 2 grows ago and that herb is just outta control as well so im doin her again, the grapefruit haze is really good tho, smooth, stony.....im happy with the results in the long run,

I liked that last blue venom tho, I'm sure this one will make me buy some seed of it. I think u should breed that kush as someone suggested earlier and hook a playa up lol. Outta 3 beans theoretically u should have 1-2 females. Just keep em stress free as I kno u will and it'll be good. I read a few places that more N will get u females and a few other things I'd have to look at my notes. I'm hopin u get a qp off these!!

hey guys, the grow is going great and ill have a picture update tonight when i get off work and have a few minutes, i also have a surprise that im really happy about...


but as of right now id like to ask everyone a question...i havent done seeds for a verrrry long time and i have never done them inside, ...with that said, at what point do i wanna take off the humidity bags and let the little guys recieve the full power of the 400 watt mh???...i know that the leaves trap light for photosynthesis but i also know that at the beginning the little ones only need warmth and moisture,... they recieve filtered light through the sandwich baggies but at what poiunt exactly do they want less humidity and more light???...thanks team...

thats sorta what i figured but wasnt sure bignature, so is it pretty much as much light as possible without frying them?..cause my temps are perfect IMO...

Basically bro. if I were u I'd start around 18-20 in away or shaded a bit and iff u notice stretch just work ur way down, kind of harden em up before full force. I'm not sure on a 400 but my 250 straight roasted a seedling with 2 sets of true leaves when I first got goin and it was 10 in away

Hey maz,

I just started 8 seeds and they are growing well. I'll post some pictures shortly. I just stuck the seeds in some rapid rooter blocks with a humidity dome (just a glass cooking pan) on top only until they were too tall to stay under there, which was really only until their first leaf set sprouted. Once I noticed they were growing healthy and developing roots, I put them under my 1000w, first at the corners, and then right underneath the light as more leaf sets started to come in. My light is about 15" away from the seedlings right now. It's been turning out great, because the abundance of lumens/PAR has up to this point largely prevented their stretch. They are short bushy plants with really wide leaves now, one in particular -- I think it's a special short pheno of these type of seeds (I believe they are all Master Kush). I mean it's only about 3.5" tall but about 8" across. Word! I did fry one seedling, but it didn't appear to be due to the abundance of light, it was because I forgot to water it's little block one day. It suffered irreversible wilt as the roots dried up. Anyway since you have your temps in check I think you'll be relatively issue free... just don't forget to keep those seeds moist! They'll love you for it.

nature and bond, thanks guys, thats bomb ass advice...ill just keep the 400 close but still under the bags so they dont dry up the soil, its been really hot around here lately and its hard to keep it cool with the light on considering the air your pulling in is already 80+ degrees,lol...but every one seems happy and stoked...

UPDATE---

veg day 2

so i have a little bit of good news for everyone, i originally had a total of 4 pineapple hindu kush seeds from my friend when we last talked, although i dont know if i mentioned or not but i only thought 3 sprouted, well i forgot i had put 2 seeds in one dixie cup and amazingly after work yesterday i noticed one of the dixie cups had a little baby growing off to the side (2 in one cup) so i grabbed my knife and carefully removed the seedling and put it in its own seperate cup with a humidity bag over it, so now....i have 4 pineapple hindu kush seedling (regular seeds) and one super lemon haze seedling (feminized seed), everyone is super happy and absorbing the 400 watts of MH with pleasure. i also have seen considerable growth on the store bought blue venom and LA CHEESE clones... maybe an inch in 2 days but i see the shoots all have grown as well, not just the top, so they are happy and getting fuller as we speak...


so here is the new dilemma that i have, which im sure EVERY single grower has the same problem,lol...too many plants cause i got anxious,LOL... i have all these seedlings that are like an inch tall and these 10 inch tall clones, HMMM.... what to do?...as u can all see my cabinet is small and gets crowded easy, i ran 3 plants last time and this time i will run 2 only, just bigger... so heres the solution, im gonna veg the 2 clones until they are a little over id say 16 or so inches tall, then i will just throw them outside, maybe they will turn out bomb, maybe not...well see... i need the cabinet for the main strains, which in this case is the pineapple hindu kush and the super lemon haze... while the 2 clones are outside i will continue to take pictures and include them on this journal but the main attraction will be the 5 seedlings, as everyone gets bigger and i switch to flower i will get rid of the males and keep the females, it wiull take longer but i have to do this PHK strain, its too nice....what do u guys think???....

Lookn great big maz! What about just flowering ur beans small and cut clones of them and then do them justiice. Just a thought, then u could practice clonin and if u liked a strain like the blue venom u could keep cloning it without a dispensary tho I kno 15 bucks aint shit to u cause ur ballin but it could go toward other parts of ur grow. Just shootin ideas bro.
