has any one ever heard of femenizing seeds by putting them in water with a cap full of bleach ,i dont like the sound of it but my neighbor swears on it,any body?also i got antsy and cut the big fan leaves blocking the bud sites is this the right thing to do? thanks
also what do u think, another month?

na man, that is a myth. the M/F genetics are already in the seed when it is grown. their is nothing you can do to change that. A couple drops of bleach in a gallon will sterilize and seed if you're not sure of the source and don' want any type of fungus or bacteria on the seed before sowing.

cant see any up side to that i would be suprised if it didnt kill them. cant think of any reason to do something like that also i thought you said germinating. which i hope you meant cause theres no way in hell bleach is gonna promise you a female i dont even really believe in feminized seeds i dont know if you can promise that it is going to be a female whilst it is still a seed maybe someone can clear this up but i know a few friends of mine as well as my dad have ordered "feminized" seeds and paid more for them and still a couple came up male so F that in the A to hell with those claims ill stick to bag seeds and clones thank you very much.

yup seen that their all connected. i posted on his forum and asked a question if he posted on THC farmer under ledgrosho. and he avoided the question and wrote i post on other forums. asked again and he deleted my question, asked again, he deleted my question. so i told him to delete my account. someone els told him the same thing you are saying and now he is saying the company gave him the forum as a gift. but yet will say he has no ties but only being a happy customer.lol. you dont delete post if u have nothing to HID. the cats out of the bag now.

A friend of mine just set up a grow with a 400 in a closet without ducting and without an air cooled hood. Needless to say its hot as fuck in there... So he calls me today right before he buys some janky ass LED light asking me about it. 90 watt unit claiming to be equivalent to a 600w HPS and its a UFO. LOL what the hell. Thankfully I got ahold of him and stopped his purchase. I told him its not worth buying LED's unless you pay the extra money for the good ones. Then I told him to buy an air cooled hood and a charcoal filter haha.

I seriously doubt it, the sex is probably decided already in the genetics within the seed, and bleach isn't going to target the exact chromosomes like that... I have read from reliable gardening sources that soaking seeds in h2o2 helps germination because it kills of any fungus or bacteria that might inhibit sprouting, or get them off to a bad start. Apparently it works quite well for seeds a few years old that might not sprout otherwise... They didn't mention bleach, but should be similar?

you friend is mistaking, good ventilation is a must no matter what light you use. even with led,cfl or whatever the plants need fresh air weather its cool or hot. his best best is to get a air cooler hood just like you said. and he needs to make an intake and have an exhaust pulling the air out of the room 2x per minute
theirs was ways ive read that will tell you if the will be a girl by the way the tap root sprouts? cant remember thought.

irish i went to get all the stuff for the soiless recipe 1 and tea num 3 but she wanted 20 dollars just for worm castings and she didnt have everything else so just got the foxfarm trio (big bloom ,grow big,and tiger bloom ) cuz i saw u was impressed by foxfarm,the i mixed peat moss and perlite 5/3 parts ,my question is do i still need to add stuff to the peatmoss/perlite or is it all in the foxfarm nutes?

not sure where u seen i was impressed with foxfarm? i really couldn't answer your question ive never used fox farm so i have no clue whats all in it. now if it was something like Dyna gro or maybe jacks classic it would have everything. just make sure you have a balance NPK and all the micros and ur good.
