I'd consider that spot a lost cause. They were nice enough to leave your plants because they probably aren't budding yet. Your thieves were probably at least smart enough to know that there's no point stealing vegging plants. However if they were really smart, they would have not taken anything and then come back for the harvest. Luckily it sounds like they were not that smart.
I had some thief issues early on, I know how it feels. Very unsettling when someone finds your super secret spot that you thought was so remote, but then even worse is the fact that they didn't take what you'd expect them too, so that really makes you wonder wtf is going on.

Yea, go shoot someone who is robbing your illegal garden that will surely help give cultivators a good name you fucking retard. It's redneck fucks like you who don't know how to play it cool that give growers and smokers a bad name. But I won't waste anymore of your time, I hear your sister calling you.
It is all up to the person. Is the spot worth fighting for? Are the plants for the purpose of money only? or are the plants personal? You can always grow more money, but you are not always presented with the oppurtunity to stand up for yourself. If it the plants are grown because you love growing them then fight cause REAL pride is hard to come by for many in this place in time.

Well that's fine Hic. That much I can understand, sometimes you absolutely need to stand up for your self. But I feel that there are way better ways to do so that don't involve possibly loosing your freedom. Getting robbed blows but shooting someone and loosing your freedom to grow again next year, or for the next 5-10 years blows way more. I just don't like to see people giving dangerous advise especially when we are all here for the same purpose. We need to give advise and make moves that will help the cause not set it back.

If someone broke into my house and mine and my families lives were in danger I'd shoot someone without thinking. If my life or someone close to me were in danger, no questions about it. But over some plants?? My time is simply worth more than that to me. Nothing to do with being a pussy I just enjoy the life I live, even if I have to pay for my smoke for the next year. IDK maybe growing is your job and how you feed your family so it's worth more to you??

unless you're willing to go all the way with dropping some bodies in a sulphuric acid vat, your life is probably over
and i wouldn't count on the acid vat to be 100% protection
there are some downsides to our hobby, dogs make more sense, but again as said a well trained dog
which is a large investment in time
