20/4 vs 12/12 Light Cycles

i guess because 12-12 doesnt give the plant time to get root bound and ive did a few along side my other pots...the other pots won, the air pots seemed to make for taller plants, thinner stems......maybe they are better if you veg a long time...

I think the air pots are perfect for plants that have been topped and will have more main colas, the extra oxygen in the root system drives that quick growth which will suit the chop snip approach even at 12/12 from seed. I'm about to do a 20x medi bud grow this way.

ive not written them off.still going to try a few in some cut down 6 litre air pots....im sure they are useful for some styles of grow

You are doing the same thing as my mate, sacriledge really...cutting an air pot shorter..haha

would uit grow? they cant go into flower till there old enough anyway so maybe it would? im dont know though, i was wondering if yo could trick a plant into think 30/6 cycle would allow the plant to still think its been one day
