12/12 from seed Information

I am starting out ten plants and want to 12/12 these things. Its all bag seed, and i want to get the fastest possible harvest on all ten, even if it means very small yield/plant. I am also growing these plants outdoors in miracle grow potting soil, and will fertilize with Miracle grow as the plant develops, but not as a seedling. Im wondering how a 12/12 from seed outdoors would be? Im doing it in my back yard and am wondering if with in 10 weeks or so i would be able to harvest these guys with small yield. Any help + tips is greatly appreciated!

Ill put garbage cans over them every 12.

Gonna do that the same time every day,,, without fail? Yeah, Good luck with that.

I'm sure a yard full of upside-down trash cans will be not very noticable either. (... and then the storm came and there were trash cans everywhere leads to marijuana grower's bust...... (full story @ 11:00 - International News Central)

I can see heat becoming an issue if they're covered with garbage cans. Besides, unless you're in the sothern hemisphere you're getting enough dark time to flower right now.
