Have you got a carbon filter yet tip?
Sticking with my old carbon filter for now, and just have an ona block next to my bedroom door so any smells will be eaten before they pass into the hall, think i'll stick one above the front door as well, those things could get expensive quick though. For all i know it could simply be the smell from my excessive smoking.

If you have an IBL strain then effectively you should be getting similar plants when you pollinate a male with a female so all offspring will be inbred like the parents. That's what an ibl strain is. An inbred line. There is no reason why that would be any better than using a Male pheno you found that produced certain characteristics you like in the females you pollenate it with.

Ok I got another question about breeding. Is it possible to do the IBL method to make the perfect male plant to use for other breeding projects?

Well I don'tthink its a IBL strain because it wasn't listed as one so that's why I want to find out about IBL before I get there.

Got a new breed out of my garden. Querkle x livers got about 40 seeds seems as tho the pollen wasn't as well stored as I thought but some is better than none I suppose.

I need help naming my Afghan Kush x Raspberry Cough cross. Any suggestions?
So far I've crossed a female Afghan Kush with the male Raspberry Cough pollen, grown out some of those seeds and picked out the males and females that had the traits I was looking for. Then Collected pollen from the single best male out of those and pollenated a female Afghan Kush as well as one of the female crosses. I've since grown out seeds of those and crossed one female with one male and now have the seeds from that round.
Does that make the most recent seeds f2 seeds? Three of the four that are growing in my tent right now look identical with a single plant that seems to be a little taller with slightly larger node spacing. I won't know sex for a few more weeks but so far I'm very happy with them.

Smell of the flowers is really pleasant and they are a little on the indica side, maybe 60/40 or even 70/30 with an initial head high and a nice body stone that creeps on you. They stay short and compact and are very pretty to look at.

EDIT: I may collect pollen from a male of this round and spluff one of the females to take it a generation further if they all look strong. It will be more of a space issue now that I don't have the other place anymore.

Top of the mornin to yas all. The Ice x Caseybands got flipped last night, ended up with 9 plants to work with, not sure how many females yet.

Next project...Calizhar x Caseyband. The zhar is my commercial strain, it has a lot of frost, good flavor and heavy yeilding hard nugs that finish in a little under 8 weeks. It stays a little short though so the Caseyband should add some height and potency to it
