silly (newbie)mistakes made,

hi all, been sitting back getting somewicked advise from old threads,by you guys,
10 out of 10 for quality guys,
any how, i have had my first grow in veg stage now for what seems to be for ever,
(9\10 wks). reason being is i am growing hydro with flood and drain method, and of course i had various problems first 4 wks, it had caused my girls to stop growing and all kinds of nutrient disorders arose, this went on for 2 wks untill i found this sight (u guys) now on strait road, now i need to know what time to switch, its been 10 wks veg, because of the trauma i caused to them is it better to leave for another 2 wks,
or do i go with my instincts, thanx for reading.:joint:

i go by size figure you wat them to veg to 1/2 the height you want them to finish at. so if u want 3 foot plants veg till 18" :P good luck!!

I'm still new to all this too, but honestly the best thing I've found is to go with the flow. Basically what the guy above me said about the height though.
