Attitude didn't make good on guarantee

Purchased seeds with guaranteed shipping. Order came fast. Problem was postman kiss-ass wanted to see ID and needed ID.
I wasn't there at the time. Refused to leave package. I called USPS and they told me that i could pick it up as long as I showed ID. Went to office same day, they couldn't find package. Told me to call back the next day. Called the next day and now they are unable to locate this package. They keep trying to give me some BS about it being returned to sender because the postman put undeliverable as addressed. Now I think the postman stole my shit.

Anyways have been in contact with attitude and they keep feeding me BS as well. They told me to go to the post office and get something in writing that the package was lost or returned. So I went an of coarse the post office isn't going to put in writing that they f-d up.

Bottom line Attitude makes you pay for there garbage ass t-shirts but when your package doesn't actually get too you prepare to jump through hoops to get it reshipped. Its funny that they justify charging $25 to ship something for a guarantee but they won't make good. I was willing to place a second order maybe with a discount or some freebies. But they wanted to be assholes. Jody

Attitude did good with me in the past. Few months ago, i ordered from Attitude & the seeds were confiscated , i emailed them with a proof and they sent the seeds right away and received them 2 weeks later.

This is simply not attitudes fault. It was delivered to you after that the postal service is resonsible for what happened to you. They delivered my stuff to me and i didnt have to show id. my gf was home she signed for it and that was it. although 10 dollars was steep for a coffee mug.

They wanted to confirm my name and shipping address. I replied with the info. The next email I received said that I purchased the guaranteed shipping and that my order will be reshipped free of charge. A few days later my original order arrived. I have never had to sign for any Attitude packages....now you have a tracking number in your order...see if it was returned to shipper..then have Tude checkalso..if its being returned then it should be reshipped....Tude did their end..your beef is with USPS...I just don't understand the sign for package deal..never once did I have to do it....your mailman is living the life now with your beans....

but use your tracking number to see where your package is....it gets scanned at all USPS facilities and Royal Mail posts also
