They are 2 weeks in, and growing fine, but are turning less green in color and more towards the white side. The Ph level is between 6.5-7.0.

Any suggestions?

Dude you need to start giving them plants some food. After they use up the nutrients they have stored in the cotyledons they start requiring nutrients from the soil/hydro solution. Cotyledons usually only have about a week worth of nutrients. The reason they are turning "less green" is because they are nitrogen deficient. Get some nutes in that water ASAP!

i disagree. ive never seen nitrogen deficiency or lack of nutes look like that. usually when plants get hungry they go after the older fan leaves not new growth. that looks like your plant is getting bleached. what kind of lights are you using? how close are they?

I just put it my Moondust food! And Geetee, im using 50w HPS lights, its about 20 inches away from the plants.

i would stop using bottled water, high in minerals for taste for people not the best for plants, RO, distilled even tap. also your ph is way to high drop it down to 5.5-6.2 i wouldnt run it at the ph level for to long.
