close, but completely backwards.

those parents should have made better decisions for the sake of their children.

plenty got out alive. perhaps you are too busy crusading to acknowledge that, perhaps not.
20 children died, of those 20 children NONE made it out. And you are absolutely right, those parents should have made better choices, like a more mainstream socially accepted religion right? Do you think every person in the compound was armed and shooting? Or are you just going by what you heard and saw on TV?

not all of the kids on that compound died, some parents let their kids leave if i remember right.

the better choices i was referring to would be not joining a cult that shoots at the law when they come to deliver a warrant.

again, we do not know who set those fires that burnt the poorly built compound to the ground.

do i even need to go into how many times koresh went back on his word? and he said it was because "god" told him to.

end point: believing that god is talking to you is dangerous. following a cult leader who believes that god is talking to him is an even worse idea.

Who said all the kids were burned? NO ONE!!!! 20 Kids were burned alive!! Did the church start shooting or did a church member do that? Should we burn children alive because some dumbass goes around half cocked?

You make it sound like there was no other choice but to burn them alive, then roll over the crispy bodies with tanks to show 'em "Extra good"!! BTW you should really look into the warrant that they were trying to serve, no evidence of wrongdoing was ever noted, the warrant may have been legal but it certainly wasn't lawful. Do you think it is illegal to own Fully Automatic firearms?

Back on topic, you can't go around burning people and making it seem justifiable by using religion and cult status as your reasoning. I consider Islam a Cult in my neck of the woods. Does that give me the right to burn them out? You seem to have the view that religion is protected by the Constitution, but if that religion is not agreeable to you and isn't mainstream enough to be considered a "proper" christian religion well then we should burn them. Is that about right?

LOL saying Muslims deserve to be protected, but weird cult members deserve to be burned?

BTW who set the fire is not up for discussion, I highly doubt that fire would have ever started if the ATF hadn't shown up in the first place.

You are right, after all look at what happened to that crazy Jesus character who swears he was the son of God and talked to him.
Who would have thought that the largest religion in the entire world followed such a cult leader eh?

Herman Cain is also a former member of the board of directors of the Federal Reserve. In other words, he is a globalist and he can go to hell for that. He is an evil, evil, man. I would never support him.

And Bill Clinton's Justice Department set their church ablaze and they burned alive.

Islam demands tolerance, but offers none in return.

Fuck Islam.
You are another media driven idiot who thinks they understand the muslim religion. You don't.

We didn't need to you to pull an article that talks about the video of an interview already posted. No matter what way you spin it, no community in America should ever have a right to ban a religious sanctuary from being built on private land. Bottom line. If you disagree, leave the country because your ideals completely disagree with America.

and how many people have died, been oppressed, or otherwise suffered due to that shared mass delusion?

i have. it was iffy, but that's why we have a court system. if it was bullshit, fight it. fight it by shooting cops and it will turn out bad. not fair, but life ain't supposed to be fair.

i never said they deserved to be burned. i am saying they brought it on themselves with their actions.

that is not to say that it wasn't poorly handled.

BTW who set the fire is not up for discussion, I highly doubt that fire would have ever started if the ATF hadn't shown up in the first place.
i highly doubt the fire would have ever started if a bunch of cult members listening to the self proclaimed son of god had not decided to open fire on federal agents and go back on their word several times because "god" told them to.

being a religious fanatic devoid of common sense is a good way to get yourself killed.

Herman Cain is damn wrong...Freedom of religion is protected in this country...If you don't like Islam don't go to mosque...its that simple..anything else then you might as well say that you don't support the Constitution...Herman Cain just made me put him in that "fuck you" group.

He was on my "fuck you" list when he declared that all laws should be one page. To make them easier to read.....
