It can be hard not telling people about one's grow. I sure get excited about it and it is a blast watching the plants grow. Good news is contagious. I haven't told anyone and I'm not going to. My own wife doesn't even know. I suppose that is why I joined this forum. I get to talk about it and get it out without putting myself at risk. You simply cannot trust anyone. It doesn't matter if it is your girlfriend, friend, best friend or roommate etc. I was in jail one time and my cellmate was telling about how he got busted for growing because his girlfriend got upset with him one time and called the cops and reported him. This type of thing can happen with anybody you know. People are too unpredictable and emotional. Plus, you could tell a friend and then he could get drunk or something stupid and start rambliing about "someone who he knows who grows." Then someone who hears it could tell someone else and so forth until the wrong person hears it and calls the cops. It is stressful enough growing without having to worry if your friends, acquaintances, or loved ones will keep quiet. Plan ahead, play it smart, and last but not least, play it safe.
still learning the ropes.. anyone willing to break in to steal might as well take the Big screens or furniture.. its worth more than my 2 lights.
