Help ppl! Can I Save Her?

Even when you see them doing better wait a little longer the trick is to water the day before your plant starts to droop, showing it needs water.

But remember, there is a fine line between,
i think i should water today
and
oh shit I should have watered yesterday!

Not quite. You want to water they day before it gets droopy. But in this one case, to get an idea of how long it takes your medium to dry out I would wait untill they look like they need some water. Then backtrack the days of when you last water and start a watering schedule based on how long it takes to dry (water day before), how much water your giving per, and so on

Eventually you will learn to recognize the plants look and feel ect ect and just know that you overwatered, or it needs water or a feed or a flush, and so on

The right sized pot makes watering easier as well as perlite for drainage, the right soil mix will speed up drying giving you less time inbetween waterings, mix the right soil and the soil will dry every few days say every 4/5 and the plant can breath regularly. A soil mix that holds a lot of water will not dry very quick and you will tend to only notice growth when the soil dose eventually start to dry.

Getting the watering right is one thing but having a soil that dose what you want is even better and makes the watering easier. Its all to do with the medium you are watering! Peace

Its been 24 hours and no progress. The leaves are still getting but no were near as much ad it didi b4. Is it that the roots are trying to get stronger?? I hope I didn't totally fucker my plant over. I guess I have to wait a few more days befor I c a difference.? The leaves are still looking a little droopy. I also looks like its getting smaller or am I just too paranoid?

hey, i noticed that another node has grew, and it looks quite helthy. but most of the leaves below it are getting more damaged (at a much slower rate) should i clip the damaged tissue from those also. ( just abt every leaf is getting more damaged, except for the four new leafs)

Thanks, overwatering is an easy mistake, may still need ferts soon but it seems to be getting better. Lets hope so and post pics please. Good new growth is a good sign.

I am presently starting my seedlings in seedling soil with 30 percent perlite and vermiculite as well as a dash of lime. When the first true leaves show and are about 1cm in length each i am adding about 1/6 strength bloom to the soil and getting very good results, no purple stems and stalks, no fert burn either. Two new nodes are growing. the first three nodes are bare because of the dead leaves. but the lateral branches that are growing look alot better. Tell me what u think of the progress of the plants. thanks bro!

Progress is getting there, plants look lucky they made it, if they grow well from here we can prune, top and tidy up the bottom easily but you got to keep going the way you are. Gently gently catchy monkey.

We are sure this is overwatering are we? you have watered less and let the soil dry more to achieve results yes?

If you have overwatered you did it in a bad way, plants need a steady supply of oxygen then water, the right size pot means roots dont have to drink for too long before they can breath, try not to put a small plant in a big pot as that will make watering much harder.

Repeat what you are doing, and keep watching new growth, you need to make sure it is good with no signs of overwatering.
