Plants are looking great. Whatever you are doing, you are doing right.
Your buds should be about double by the time you harvest probably in the 9th or 10th week, and as long as you flush them right you should have some very quality tasting product.
With those 2 strains I would recommend start flushing at the 7th week if you want to harvest at the 9th week, or start flushing at the 8th week if you want to harvest at the 10th week. That's because one of the biggest "secrets" in growing is a 2 week flushing period.
Contrary to some peoples belief, and a lot of posts on this site, flushing doesn't meant losing any weight at all. In fact when I flush my plants they usually gain weight instead of losing it.
Why I hear you asking? The answer is simple, sugars and carbohydrates.
Flushing a plant doesn't mean you can't give it anything, it means you are flushing it of all the salt buildup, and nutrients in the form of dissolved solids that have accumulated in your growing medium. I don't care if you are growing in soil, hydro, or are using chemical nutrients or organic ones, flushing makes your bud taste better.
One of my personal favorite secrete flushing recipes is using Mollasses (Humboldt Honey Extra Strength from Humboldt Countys Own) combined with Carbohydrates (Liquid CarboLoad by Advanced Nutrients) although if you are on a budget, just use the Molasses, it will still provide you with an awesome taste, with NO WEIGHT LOSS.
I flush my plants for 2 weeks with this solution, and can guarantee you the best quality tasting bud you will ever have along with NO WEIGHT LOSS.
You could also look into using the "Sweet" line of products from Botanicare in place of the Molasses as it is a Carbohydrate supplement. Particularly you might want to look into the "Sweet Berry" product for flushing your plants to intensify the berry aroma. But, I have never used that during flush before, so I can't guarantee the no weight loss claim.
Happy Growing!
