Wait one second,is the address on your drivers liscense the same as the address you both live at,if so you cant be thrown out without a proper eviction notice,no matter who's name is on the lease or title.

If you can prove that the home is your primary residence & has been for atleast 30 days then not even god can legaly put you out on the street,unless you give the police good cause to suspect that you are violent or a danger to your girl,then you can be booted on the spot unless you protect yourself.

Here's what you need to do if you need to stay at this house until your ready to move,go straight down & get a restraining order against your girl,write on the restraining order that she threatened you with voilence & to have the other man beat you down,you will be issued a temp restraining order on the spot.

Being the first to file is important,if you dont the parents will ,you can be assured of that,after you get the temp restraining order pack up all her shit but dont damage anything,if you have smashed her shit then get rid of it & not in the dumpster where you live,when she comes back tell her she is not allowed to be there then call the cops,they'll make her leave,if she goes beserk & starts freaking out like alot of teeny boppers do then she goes to jail.

Filing a restraining order & lying on it sounds shitty but dont think for one minute that either her or her family wont do it to you first, because they will,they will say your a violent drug addict drunk who threatens her with violence every day,she will even bring in girlfriends as witnesses to say what a dick you are if pressed,she hates your gut's & has for months,put nothing past a scorned lover, man or women.

Dont wait around,get a restraining order at 9am monday morning then your good to go.
