I have no idea wtf I'm doing wrong, do you?

You were running a 1600 ppm in veg & upped it to around 2000 in flower?,your ppms are way too high at all levels of grow, you should be between 1,000 & 1,200 at all times.

When your plants are full size in flowering you go 1000-1200 ppm's:clap:Not at all times or you will burn your seedlings:lol:
Very true,i dont do seedlings,i do very large clones but still at lower ppms,i run clones @ 600 ppm for a week then straight to flower @ 1,000 ppm,as the plant changes i adjust the npk mix ratios but never above 1,200 when the buds are at peak growth rate.

At those ratios my ph floats between 5 & 7 from water levels changing in the res & holds pretty steady when i top the res off.

If i was doing seedlings or small to mid sized clones i'd run about 400 ppm max.

anyone ever done ebb and flow as well as aero? i was just curious if ppm levels are relatively similar.

there is no way of saying a definitive ppm level for every point of a plants life, only ball park levels. every strain likes a different amount. my super silver haze and white widow would burn in flower if the ppm's got above 1000. strain is everything.

@OP
Do you mind if I see some of your diy aeroflo pics? Im a fan of them
Here are a few at various stages, I'm already about to scrap it and go ebb and gro. There are things I like about it , like the ability to uncap either end to make it drain (this is good for switching one rail at a time to flush, I'm running 3 rails in 3 week cycles). It works the way I want I suppose .

This is a point I've thought about , I was running like 1000 ppm tops in DWC before I got tired of maintaining a bunch of buckets. I cycle the times on and off of the pump that feeds the rails too on the diy aeroflo so its not like they are being constantly sprayed with a strong nutrient solution, although even spraying at intervals I'm sure to high a ppm solution would burn but what I'm saying is its not like I'm taking a small clone from veg and putting it in flower at a much higher ppm , I veg for 30 days or so and the plant is usually pretty good sized. I have however been putting very young clones in high ppm veg nutrient with no problem. This is a different type of system in veg, hybrid aero/nft/half assed dwc.

Thats a clever use of the copper Hose adapter for the manifold. Nice

I'd agree with everyone else, looks like over ferts, with my nutes i always say less is better because you can always increase your ppm, but once the plant absorbs it's not as easy getting them out, kind of like a lobster trap :)

Yeah that third photo is one thats about to go into flush so it may be half assed normal . I'll get in there in a couple hours and dump yet another expensive res full on the yard( should be a healthy lawn, bud candy and all :/). flush with clearex and run nothing but base sensi 2 part at 1200 ppm or so. I've already been thru this actually I think but I didn't flush with clearex, only water. Thanks for all the advice people, I'll post update sometime possibly if it clears up. Also I have been having ph swing down, which is totally opposite of what I usually get which is a drift up.
Have you checked if you have hard or soft water??
First 2 look ok,3rd has issues, look like some heat stress too.
You dont have to dump the res just water it down

the water quality is pretty good here. I'm thinking the same as most everyone seems to think, I gave them quite a bit of too strong nutrient.

Over fertilizing, leaves are curling down w/ burnt tip. Advanced Nutrients is one of the worst when it comes to salts in there fertilizer. Not that there is anything wrong with A.N. just be careful & go easy. Looks like your girls could use a flush.
Salts are salts. ANs are no different from the rest. What make theirs worse is the price....oh ya, most of the things you are feeding yor plants is a salt or salt based, as far as the big 3 go that is...

Word, I cut my nutrient back to 600-700 and still get dead yellowing leaves over night. my hydro shop says its nitrogen def . I took back 10 liters of sensi bloom a/b and will find out today whether AN stands by their return policy, I'll more than likely replace it with either more sensi bloom or the more expensive connoisseur
