Help Needed PLease Guys!!! Grow Tent Set Up PROBLEMS!!!

I have a 60cm x 60cm x 120cm growlife grow tent, im going to using a 400w hps light with air cooled hood, i have also purchased a inline fan 4" and a carbon air filter, im now just really worried about the size of these products and the amount of space i will then have left in my grow tent, if anyone has there own experience in this, or any ideas they can suggest please do so, im all ears, and anything will much appreciated,

Are you sure that air cooled hood will even fit? The only thing small enough to fit that I know of is a cool tube.

no air hood will take up far too much room your right just measured out lol, erm if i was to place both carbon filter and fan outside the tent how would i do so and how would the air filter then filter the air inside the tent??

1. Get a cool tube. They're actually good for that size tent.
2. You simply have the ducting going outside the tent with the carbon filter attached to the end. Fan will be blowing towards the filter.

ok lovely so cooltube --> ducting --> fan --> ducting to outside the tent --> carbon air filter on end, that right mate?? the fan is situated inside the tent?? before the cool tube or after?? sorry im soo new to this lol much appreciated mate.

Cooltube--->ducting--->(outside tent)--->fan--->filter.

If its space you're worried about then why not put the fan outside the tent?

Also, there are different size cool tubes. The smaller ones will fit nicely, the bigger ones are a struggle.

thanks very much mate thats brilliant, exactly what im worried about i was worried because of loosing height that i would of ended up with stumpy bushy plants, sorry just another quick one mate 400w hps in your experience would you say that it is fine to use for the whole cycle?? and whats nutes and soil in your opinion mate??

HPS will grow from start to finish.
400 depends on the temperature. If you can keep it down, then go for it. I just used a 250w and got 5 1/2ounces from a plant.
You need to research soil and nutes.

That is more than impressive mate so in a tent my size 250w will be ample and with your results id be over the moon tbh mate so if ya dont mind sharing ya secrets lol joking mate, yeah im gonna definately go with what your saying mate, what strain do you grow mate? know anything at all about californian skunk?/

so you would definately say 400w not 250w i wont have no issues at all with heat using a 400w ?? in a small tent would it not get too hot?? and what nutes and soil would you recomend through experience??

My 500w setup is only 2.5' wide x 2.5' deep x 5' tall, and I'm able to control my temps with only 150 cfm's of exhaust...Ambient temperature is usually between 73-80 F. So I think you can pull it off! And I think I answered you on your other thread on nutes and soil

all it says mate is;
100mm - Low Speed 145 m3/hr. Sound Level 28db
- High Speed 187 m3/hr. Sound Level 35db
its a tt fan system have you ever came across them mate??
