yea it sucked, I was more pissed that I had to kill them so early, 2 only had a week and a half left...

Some updates!
here are the ladies the night I switched to 12/12 you'll notice the new cab but might not see how stealth it is.
And here they are 7 days into flower, only 3 or 4 more weeks to go, God I love this part XD
I'll probably start weekly or bi weekly updates from now on just cause I haven't got much time lately to post.

Haha im loving the box buzzy as how its in the wall. Your plants are looking good. How come your flowering them so early? is it because of height limits?
I got 16 24w cfl bulbs today, im hoping to set it all up over the next few days. After that il be free to sit back and watch the grass grow haha

Thanks man... A month and a bit of veg is ok, and yeah primarily it's height concerns and I'm goin on holiday soon and if I did a scrOg it would be out of control, an if I just left em they'd grow into the light and burn... Next grow imma veg for 2 or 3 months in a vertical scrog.
And dn 16, 24watters, gonna have some heat to control there XD
Word of advice, pineapple express stinks to high heaven even in veg. Not a stealth plant... And you'd be surprised how indica super lemon haze is in all th (3) phenotypes I've planted they've all been short and stocky with only a little bit of sativa stretch. Next grow I'm swapping out the P.E for tangerine dream and keepin the SLH.

Flower Week 4
Right, so I'm back again!
Here are the latest updates on the lovely girls.
They are getting a weird organic/chemical tea I have concocted from various ingredients I found at B&Q
so far so good, they get regular flushes (water, heavy water, feed etc) and the heavy water just makes them
drink up those nutes when it comes feeding time, I'm doing triple strength and they're not burning at all!
and I lied about the lemon haze! in veg its very indica, and flower it just has a shit load of stretch! (somehow)
anyhoo here are some pictures, apologies in advance for the sideways head syndrome XD!

Week 5 Flower
The ladies are looking amazing, smelling beautiful! They've filled out a lot since last week.
According to the guidelines I've got roughly 4-5 weeks left give or take.
I also brought some canna terra flores the other day to add to my tea and eventually replace it.
Right the point of this post is to ask for an opinion. Next grow I'm doing pineapple express and AK-48, now, I've read that you can over winter your plants (flower for a few weeks longer than they're ready) in order to produce some male flowers. I'll chop half of my plants down, so all the main colas and leave a bit of popcorn on them, then continue to flower until I get some pollen sacs (only really doing this to avoid seeding my main crop. Final step is to chop the male flowers off and store them... Somehow...
I want to make both (what I've now dubbed) Lemon Kalashnikov, and Pineapple Kalashnikov by cross polinating the lemon haze and the pineapple express flowers with the AK-48.
If you're still reading I assume that sounded interesting lol. Let me know what you guys think?

Thanks! Just gotta hope it kinda tastes lemony and the other at least fruity XD we'll see in another few months lol...

Edit: Might as well update here as no ones posted since and I didn't put up pics...

Today I did a bit of a re-model to get some space and damn it gave me a LOT more space considering.
I found that the plants were squashed too close to the large CFL's and the leaf tips were burning... anyway heres the pics that show a bit more how stealth this shit is lol... anyhoo a few hours and £6.99 later and...
The next step when I have some more money is to grab some mylar (the diamond embossed stuff) a 'real' carbon filter with a proper inline fan.
An even more future thing, depending on how much this grow makes and providing I don't smoke most of it is.. To get a 400w or 250w Dual spectrum lamp in a cool tube and wire it up inline with the carbon filter and all that jazz...
I do dislike HID's just 'cause they make too much heat and drink too much electricity and stuff but hey what can I say, I'm a hypocrite lol XD

Week 7 and 4 Days:
A few days ago I noticed that I had some sort of bug problem, upon further investigation I found that they were thrips.
So I went straight down to the hydro store to fuck them up.
And that leads to today, the bug spray definately killed the infestation but man did it hurt the ladies, they're very crispy to say the least but gradually recovering so I'm still hopeful.
heres some pics:
As you can see, they don't look too good for now, hopefully I'll see a bounceback in the next few days.
Anyway I'm prepping for my next grow now, gathering supplies. I've also devised a way to get a scrog screen involved in my setup and it still be portable. Just need to raid my old house for supplies XD
I'm doing a 3 gal hempy bucket with a 3 gal DWC just to give it a try. I'm growing Nirvana's AK-48 and Bomb Seeds Berry bomb which by the way sounds amazing!
heres the buckets, just need to put a valve on the DWC (the point of having a valve on the hempy is so I can flood the roots for a few mins on my heavy water to save on my water bill XD and so it can drain into a common resevoir)

Right so, after their buggy ordeal the pineapple express is really recovering getting all nice, hairy and all that jazz. As for the SLH the same cannot be said I'm afraid. most of the branches just kinda died and the leaves were burnt to shit.
After a vigorous chop up I managed to find 2 good colas on the SLH but they are going to be under developed and yield relatively little (though they'll still be ready) at harvest time due to their stuntedness...
on the plus I have a lot of THC coated trim to put in my canna butter XD
anyhoo here are some pics of the girls:
And they are being flushed for two weeks as of 4 days ago I'm giving them nothing but water, I just want to get this grow out of the way so I can clean up my room and steralise the shit out of everything so the bugs wont happen again and I need to get me a decent extractor and while I'm at it I'll be getting a decent carbon filter.

Somewhere between week 9 and week 10: day Unknown
Trichs are nice and milky with a dash of amber so I decided to do a staggered harvest kinda thing cause I likes my milky weed!
hopefully next week will have most of them amber! cut down 2 colas, 1 huge one and 1 smaller one plus a ton of popcorn here and there for 'samples' XD pulled roughly an ounce dry so far still got 2 thirds of the plant to go so here's hoping I can beat my 1st Grow! my only disappointment with the pineapple express is that the buds are very airy the weights still there though I just like the aesthetics of a good nug! XD
anyhoo I'll post pics and all that once I've chopped them all down next monday!
I don't however think that this here breeding experiment is going to work 'cause of the troubles in the last month of these girls lives.

Cut and dried, 3.2oz, not bad off of less light, less plants in a smaller space so I think I'll stick with the CFL's for now.

and I broke one of my 125w CFL's whlst setting up the next grow
