Wow a lot of hostility against gay marriage. All it is is a legal contract affording certain rights and benefits and such. We've the same thing going in in the UK, gay couples are only allowed to be civil partners, not married, straight couples are only allowed to be married, not civil partners, each group wants what the other has due to the rights and such that come with each. This isn't gay couples having kids, i do not agree with that, too easy to fuck the kid up, but i cannot find any reason to think that a gay couple shouldn't have the same legal rights as a straight couple when it comes to the benefits of marriage, such as stealing all the other guys shit come divorce

There is nothing "Fair" about forcing pastors or those who believe that same sex marriage is against biblicial principals to preform them.

There have been a few cases....but I'm sorry if I was vague.

There was a case in which a hetro couple got married, had a kid or kids...not sure. One spouse decided they were gay. Split custody of the kid/s.....the now 'gay' spouse got an injunction against the other so that he/she couldn't take the child to the church they went to because they taught about the scripture that was anti-gay.

You can bring suit against a Dr. or Pharmasist that won't preform or give out abortion pills. That has happened several times.
It's only a matter of time after it's legal, to do the same to pastors who refuse to marry same sex couples. Or for them to be brought up on hate-crime issues for preaching against it.
