Thursday Night Chop Down!

Thanks for the welcome, I'm subbed and am happy to follow along.

A couple of the things I first noticed about the panels was the overall weight and feeling of solid construction. When i plugged it in I was impressed by the fan and air movement as well as the brightness of the panels. I think they will love me too! I'm only using a 4 x 4 flower home made cab. I've been running a 600 HPS and decided to increase my lighting. I considered replacing the 600 with a 1000w and then I started following some grows on here with these lights and I was sold soon after. At first I plan to use 2 x 180 Spectra LED's in conjunction with my 600 hps then maybe make a transition to 4 x 180 eventually eliminating the HPS altogether for the lesser heat footprint. I have issues with temps in summer at times.

Looking forward to the next TNCD. BTW, nice graphic for the Thursday Night Chop Down! lol

you will love that light combo for a 4x4 area!!!!!!!! your gonna have some seriously high quality THC!!!!!!! can't wait to see some of your bud porn. Not sure if you noticed I am growing a side by side of two plants with one supercropped... since I'm new to this I will be following along in your thread and learn some more about it.... I found some good info on there!!!

Man in my grow, that'd be a whole weeks worth of difference in trich age. Even some of her pistols are dieing out already.

It has looked more mature than the other one since about a week after i bent them over. They were a couple weeks or so into flowering when i supercropped her. up until then they looked identical! not any more!! I'll keep posting the side by sides all the way up till smoke!!!

Thanks dude!! I find myself starring at it for a couple hours a day! I'm gonna take more clones today... maybe three or five. if all goes well with the first clipping i took a week ago, I'm gonna put her in flowering next week!

there is nothing quite like it. you are gonna be surprised how quick they start producing resin. mine get a little frost on them in less than two weeks! I never had any light penetration with my old 1W panel, I am very happy with my GLH. my lower buds are significantly bigger than what they were before... and it's not even harvest time yet!

you're right man... that extra week adds grams and grams to the plant! speaking of keeping the perp going, My first tangerine dream cutting is now a clone!!!! I just put her in soil. She took just eight days to root!!! sorry for the bad pic... it was my phone. so far she has been nothing but a dream to grow!!!! if these other clippings root, i will put her into flower next weekend!!!

That's some good cloning, mine seem to take a long time and tend to make a slow transition from clone to veg

Normally mine take over two weeks... I clone in my veg area and it is set up to grow, not clone.... so mine always take longer also.... not the TD though!!!!
