so heres 6 1/2 weeks into flower...do they look ok? should the hairs be more brownish by now? im not sure what kind of strains they are..
When they start to ripen and become "ready" they will amber. They look good, your gonna need to be patient which is difficult for new and experienced growers alike. I'd say you have another couple weeks, few strains will finish day 45-50. Most 55-65 even 70 on some sativas. Good luck

They look good. But you still have 3-4 weeks plus. Triches go clear/cloudy/amber. Hair turn, well different colors. I bet they have been on 12/12 for 45 days but my guess is they have only been flowering 4 weeks+ or so.........

Looks good but you still have a few weeks.

Something many new growers make mistakes on in late bud phase is over fertilization even while following the reccomended amounts with the manufacturers feeding schedule.

If you feed them again be sure to keep the nitrogen very low or no nitrogen at all, allowing plants to take in nitrogen durring late bud phase will add weeks to the finish time.

Why do you say this? Its incorrect. Too much N will cause issues at any point in growth. Delayed finish being one of them. But do not starve your plants late in flower. Thats when they gain te most weight....

My post was not incorrect ,infact going by the pics posted my advice was spot on,at 6.5 weeks into bud and the leaves are still deep green its clasic sign of nitro overload.

Nowhere did i say to starve the plants, however i did say to kill the nitro in late budding (weeks 6-8 )which i stand by as plants use very little nitro in those weeks and the amount stored within the plant is enough.

For the OP of the thread sorry to hijack your thread but my post was taken out of contex and i stand by my post where very little nitro is needed in late bud phase , which is where your at now,a healthy properly fed plant will have enough nitro stoted to carry the last 2 weeks without adding any,at around 6 weeks you should see leaves start to yellow,at harvest you should see many yellow leaves.

If your not seeing yellow it will take forever for the trichomes to go from milky to golden, and yes flushing is a waste of time and has not once proven in proper testing (double blind ) to offer any benifit to taste, yeild, appearance or harshness, guys repeating what they read and then reposting as factual info is the norm for flushing vs no flush.

You should also learn about nutrients and what plants NEED to live a productive life as most products advertised as bud enhancers or some kind of liquid light are pure snake oil and do nothing to enhance yeilds,a simple 2 or 3 part system is all you need.

Lol ? Your leaves tell the entire history of the plant if you know what to look for.

Anyhow dig this, ever wonder why not many people finish in the known finish time for the strain they are growing,i gave you the answer, its nitro overload time and time again,an 8 week strain should take 8 weeks, not 10 and the delay in finish time costs money, not to mention the weeks lost waiting on a slow finish would translate into an extra grow every year.
