I'm growing outside in my huge backyard in what most would consider a bad neighborhood. I've already been robbed once, so burglary are an issue. I have dogs but they're pussy cats. Might as well have a guard hamster...
So I was thinkning since most likely whoever tries to steal my outdo will probably do it at night. I was thinking plywood with screws through it buried in the dirt, and maybe some kind of electric fence. Maybe something to do with fish hooks. I used to be against the idea of booby traps, but after someone steals your babies, anything becomes fair game.
Anyone have any good trap ideas? I'm looking at you viet nam vets...
I want some links to Chinese bamboo pit plans and that type of shit. Please, be ruthless. I know I will be if anyone tries to steal my shit again.

if you set a trap and someone gets hurt you will be legally and financially liable.

I appreciate that fade. I'm not a bad person I swear.
I'm a cool dude that constantly getting fucked and taken advantage of, and in this case, even by my own friends. I'm tired of being worried about whether or not I'll finish a cycle because after all my hard work someone just comes on and steals it.

check out the trail cameras. walmart carries a few different models in the sporting goods section. i got one for 40 bucks last year, you can spend more for better options though. i love mine. i'm buying 2 or 3 more this year. i want the one that spotlights the area while shooting video, ....

Trail cameras are useless when all of your shit is gone. the best way to scare people off is a lot of light and a lot of noise. put up a bunch of flood lights on sensors and get some of those loud as fuckers girls carry to scare creeps away and put them on trip wires. other than that razor blades stuck into the boards of the fence works good, you know right where somebody would grab if they were gonna try and jump the fence.

trail cameras tell you which one of your friends doors to go knock on to get all your shit back.

i think i mentioned motion lights.

1 inch plywood Tso the break doesn't break under the weight of the person, with 3 inch wood screws, not nails, so that 2 inches are sticking out. 1-1 1/2 inches handles the shoe soles, socks, etc. the other 1-1/2 inches goes into the tissues of the foot foot. the foot has the most superficial nerves and at one inch you will hit bone, but no major vessels. woodscrews are sharp and have large threads which serve to grip tissue and as you pull it out. bury several of these boards 1 foot below dirt, that way his body gains momentum, and most of the weight will be on the targeted foot. cover the hole with a piece of black paper, the cover with foliage resembling surrounding areas. it will most likely be dark, you will hear a very loud scream, and a friend trying to help him up and pull the board off. YOU SIT TIGHT and laugh privately in your room. you can turn on the lights at most, but don't go out. you want them to get away. serves 2 purposes, keep your grow safe and the word will spread amongst the cancer in your neighborhood. keep an eye out for a hobbler and a buddy that goes awol for a few days since it is most likely a friend. dont acknowledge it, because he will unwillingly spread the word for you.

Really? just stroll on over and politely ask for your stash back? i think if they had the balls to steal it they would probably tell you to get fucked. and if they are your friends they are gonna know you have a camera and they are gonna steal that too or where masks. if you do waste your money on one make sure you don't tell anybody and conceal the fucker out of site. It will be useless though. Police are not going to give a flying fuck if you have evidence of a theft. they do not like pot growers no matter how legal you are and they are not going to go out of their way to help find the people that took it. therefore, you have to look out for your self and unless you are looking for vengeance rather than prevention a game cam is useless.

If you have no trespassing signs up they would have a tough time pinning any injuries they suffered entering your property on you.
