Can I Water with Lights On?

Can i water my plants when my light are on?will this burn them or its ok?i use 600w m.h and am vegging 2 week old plants.

you want to water when the lights come on, so they have all day to dry out any excess moisture. The soil will retain moisture in the middle for the plants.
