Pre-Harvest Flush?

enjoy your chlorophyll, iron, and mag residuals.. peace
flushing is only needed in hydro because hydro guys pump there shit full of nutes and have no buffer.
In soil, I always tell people," you don't starve the horse 2 weeks before the race, the most bud growth happens the last 2 weeks, why cut off the food? I feed it full strength until the end and it tastes incredible, so there goes your theory.

Ya know...after blazing and considering all the variables one inevitable meets along the way when growing, I can see the angsth in some on things such as flushing....but see new growers having much turmoil over a lot of things.....when they only have one or two plants and FREAK when stumbling...it's only natural to holler at a crossroads....kudos to those who read enough to see it's more about consistancy and basic KISS method....and usually MOST choices make themselves if just your patience will kick in.....Harvesting over the years has shown me that after just making sure your plant stays healthy during it's lifespan, it'll be fine regardless...flush or not, 3 day dark or not....if ya grow enough, one will learn wht works for them....

I use that all the time
Keep it simple stupid, it's just a weed. Don't love your plants to death.
You could learn a lot from a dummy, some of my favorite sayings.

@los muerto Wish you the best with your grow and if things do not turn out as you wanted do not get discourage it takes time. Just try and learn from your experiences and apply that knowledge to your next grow.
Thanks a lot shifty, I really appreciate that. Oldreefer pretty much described my situation perfectly. This is only my 3rd grow and honestly, (hopefully) will
be my 1st successful one. Well, what I would call successful anyway. I'm starting to see now that 75% of the problems I've had, I created either through
inconsistent watering/feeding or not knowing when to leave well enough alone. I see all these pics of you guys' grows and think 'Damn, I want my shit to
look like that' and then end up probably working 10x harder to produce a plant that's not even 1/2 as good. Back to the basics next time.

As far as the flush, I've got a buddy with the same strain under almost exactly the same conditions so I'm not going to flush, he is. One person's gonna do
all the drying and curing and we'll compare. I'll be sure to let you guys know the results.

Think I have to flush if all I have used is a lil 10 10 10 pellets and home made compost of coffee. egg shell, and veg.? It's an auto coming up on week 10. any tips on the harvest? do I cut the buds off pt just hang whole plant? it's about a foot tall fat with nug

I think its more imprortant that you harvest before your lights come on, than flushing .If its a strain that has been harsh in the past I will do both flush and prelight harvest, but usually its enough to harvest after a dark period . ( KILL' EM WHILE THEY"RE SLEEPIN )

Sounds like standard voodoo too me. You all keep following the myths. I am sure they will make a strong come back here now that most of the truely skilled growers have been banned.
