How 2 Get a Least 1 Pound per 1000 hps - Help

Thinking about a redo on my setup wondering if you guys could post a couple
fool-prof ways to get at least one pound per thousand .....

If you cant get a pound off of 1k watts, you're doing something wrong dude...

rule of thumb is 1 gram per watt of light...
1 pound = close to 500 grams

simple, run a line of nutrients that is reputable for nooby growers, do the math and have proper ventilation make sure cfm is adequate, ph your water all the way through and research your strain find the pros the cons, make sure you take preventative measures against bugs and mold, have a watchful eye and have your self an awesome grow.

I use rockwool on an angled table with a recirculating system...lucas formula with hygrozymes ..... You wont be upset if you ran this system ....its got a nutrient calc on the site

i vegged for 8 weeks and now im on the 2nd week of floerin... plants are 4'6"...
