I'm sure there will be some interesting replies to this question, so what is the craziest thing you've ever seen? This could be live, this could be in person or on a video, doesn't matter. How did you come about finding what it is that you saw? How did it impact you, and why do you consider it to be the most outrageous thing you can remember?
I have seen some crazy shit... from watching the second twin tower get hit live, seeing the Columbia disintegrate, and seeing an F-4Phantom fighter jet crash and witness the death of two people in person, to countless suicide bomber clips, people freezing in the headlights to get struck by a vehicle going 90mph and Sadaams execution.... but the one thing that always sticks out in my mind when I ask people this question is the Nick Berg beheading video. I've thought about why, and I think it's because it's so damn sinister. The dude is just sitting there, captive, with 5 masked men standing behind him, one reading something in a foreign language, then when he's done, he pulls out a 15" blade and... goes to town. Like it was nothing. The dude was 24 when it happened, 1 year older than I am now. Every time I think about it I just think how scared his final moments must have been, all in confusion.. The dude behind the beheading was later killed himself in some bomb strike, but come on.. that's no kind of justice... An innocent dude.. idk, shit just stays with me...
Suicide videos are also pretty fuckin' crazy... especially because you go into it knowing this person is alive in the beginning part of the video, but before it's over, you are going to witness their death.
