While I've never been to Twitter, and would not pretend to know anything about "tweeting", may I suggest that the Tude's "official tweeter" has the day off ? And not another conspiracy about to happen?
if people start more conspiracies i will yahoo my twitter and google all over their facebook

im pretty sure they are working on fixing this, its def not the greatest for business. i was pretty certain that whoever sent out the highlife email only got ppls email addresses. i dont think tude keeps shipping addresses filed in the same place. they better seriously make up for this with a ton of freebz tho. this is the first time i had a problem with them but the email went straight to my spam anyway thankfully

Regardless of whether the email went to your spam folder or not, your personal information has been compromised. The fact that you purchased seeds is now known to someone that should not know. They have your email address, your city and your name, that much has been confirmed. What other information do they have and why do they possess it? It is apathy like this that causes Attitude to conduct business the way it does. They have had two security breaches in the last 6-7 months. They obviously didn't learn from the first one and they are denying the second one.

My money will be spent elsewhere.... I'm done with Attitude until they apologize and take concrete steps to secure their commerce data....

My second order from attitude made it to my postal area, but the tracking info said returned to sender, resident moved and left no forwarding address. Of course attitude says it never made it back to them. They obviously and purposely place bogus info on packages in order to extort more money and screw their customers. They're working on laws that'll make possessing any kind of seed illegal. Farmers will have to buy seed every season instead of banking seeds. Monsanto's got a dick 3000 miles long!

The point is that Attitude had a breach and is trying to over it up. It's not that they are evil, or that they don't ship good products, it's that they made a mistake, and we as consumers demand answers.

For those of you who think "eh, everyone sells your information" you need to understand. I don't believe it was sold, I think it was stolen, and then maybe sold. Were not boycotting them because of any reason other than they are covering this up and acting like it's not a big deal. It is a big deal. If you don't grow, you don't understand.

You're right, I am taking a chance by growing. But for the same reason I don't tell anyone what I'm doing I don't want anyone else to know because of someone else's mistake. Attitude has a leak and they need to fix it. Until they do,no more orders. If it was in fact stolen, it IS their fault for not securing our information like I expect. They don't HAVE to change their business practices, but until they do, they should not be given any more money, from anyone, US or otherwise.

If you believe us, support us. If you dont, then take the risk and buy. It doesn't affect me. My point is that if enough people boycott them, they'll take this more seriously. This isn't an argument about the quality of Attitude as a company, this is a matter of them being accountable for their mistakes. Ut as part of he community, why not support those who got burned? Why the anger against us for being sensitive to having our data released. If you lost your job because someone found out you had a medical cannabis card, and they discovered this through a data leak, wouldn't you be pissed? Well, I can lose my house, my family, and my freedom. Over someone else's mistake.

I want to order from them, but I don't feel safe. I will order from them if they fix this. Until then, people should be afraid to order, not for my benefit but for your own good.

I dont think any data is safe on the internet.

Look at all the credit card companies that get hacked.

True, and those companies spend millions fixing the problem, not go "eh, whatever. Stupid stoners..."

I expect better than that, as everyone should.

Where do you live...1984 Russia? I'll bet you 1 million dollars they don't do that but who knows.

They could start by disclosing what really happened and how it happened. Then explain what steps they are going to take including increased security measures, better auditing of security records, maybe migrate their data to a more secure facility, it depends on how exactly it happened. If an employee stole it, then they need better background checks. If they are storing our data in an insecure manner, than an outside agency should be brought in to fix it. Private companies, governmental agencies, they are all expected to maintain a certain level of security and if you're dealing with people's personal information you have to continually invest in your security infrastructure otherwise you're done. Customers will only shop where they feel safe, and I don't feel safe ordering from them in the future until this has been fixed.

I've seen threads in here, but also in other forums, where someone posts a bad experience buying from a seedbank and then someone from this company comes out, or PM the guy, taking care of the misunderstanding and everybody turns out praising them.
The case here is: Someone leaks some VERY personal data, no Tude representative came out to even apologize, the emails sent to them from those involved Never got a reply and last but not least, they gave the impression that they Do Not Give a F**k about customer support/security/services.
It's as clear as that!

And that's the second time they do that.

That's why i will never shop from Tude again, neither any of my mates ever will.

I will never tolerate disrespectful individuals/businesses for a few free beans every month.

I must admit that I will probably never order from the "Tude" again.......or any other seed bank for that matter..........it's just come to my attention that there are 3 very competent commercial growers within 5 miles of me, that supply dispensaries and offer kick-ass strains as clones, for $7/8 each, on Craigs List!
For sure, my Germination Station is going into retirement..........Good luck & good grow.......BB

See, this is why Attitude should fix this. We should not be forced back underground. The movement has come too far and we're so close to legalization. This is a chance to stand our ground and not be bullied by these companies who get too big for their britches. They did this, they should fix it, not disregard it.

Yeah, well find a new seed bank then.

Disclosing the new security measures they may or may not take just exposes them to more chances of another attack.

I'm not asking for details, I'm asking for Attitude to take responsibility and admit to their mistake, not dismiss us.

And yes, I agree. Find other seed banks. Cannaseur, TKS, Sannie, all repitabl, and no history of breaches. If Attitude fixes this and makes it right, then we can all get back to ordering and waiing for our monthly crack, I mean freebies.

Believe me, I want to get back to normal. I missed the WoS freebie and it sucks, but my safety and my family's safety is of utmost importance to me.
