and where did you take that picture from, your not in you car. so that means you had to have gotten out of your car to go take that picture... after seeing it , making a U turn, just to go take a picture of that sign while standing just a few feet from it <- - you were stupid enough to do that ......... if i would have saw that sign . i would have never went back to take a picture of it. --- this is what leads me to think you had somthing to do with putting that sign there
