The only thing with the beds that would concern me is the roots getting tangled with other roots, is that possible? would it cause harm? I dunno, just seems like something that might effect them.

the OG18 is going well cheers mate, she's a real light feeder though. I topped her for 4 colas, 2 days ago so she's a little stunted right now, I hit her with a high dose of rhizo though to reduce the stress. Cant believe how much she smells in veg though lol, when I topped her I took the growth and sat smelling it for a good 20 minutes, so nice!

You still have a mother going on?

i have a mother of that and a critical in my mates, i have the blue cheese and super lemon haze. that is all i will be growing for the forseeable future, maybe if i really like the g-13 i may try a reveg of it.

the og is a bit of a stinker alright, it's very unique, i would say, a very dirty earthy smell, almost herby, when it's in full flowering it takes on a dieselly fuelly smell too.
it is not the easiest plant to grow, mine have never looked 100% happy, the leaves are always clawed and they are quite ugly looking plants, the smoke is knockout though, not as good as the original og kush i hear, but it is strong.

nah mate the roots never get tangled together, they have a lot more space to grow into so they don't fuck with each other, my mate threw two clones in one root riot cube, and they both rooted, he then put them in a 3.5l pot and they did just fine, it looked like it had been topped for two colas but it was just two plants side by side. funny shit


littlegrower, i don't know what i will do with the other tent setup, got nowhere to put it as of yet, i was going to bin the tent and keep all the other equipment as spares maybe. the tent has had its use and is getting tired and the bulbs probly need replacing too. getting excited about the hazes now, i think i'm gonna chop this weekend, i can't wait much longer, i know they will give me over a kg, i wonder how much there would be if i left it 4 more weeks..................

yeah im sure wondering is all you can do if your going to pull them down soon. too bad im not anywhere close to you i would snag that tent off your hands so you dont have to just trash it. that OG sounds pretty good, a clinic by me was trying to get me to by a clone of the OG from reserva for $50 but i couldnt get over spending that much for it with out seeing an end product from it. i have always loved the earthy fuel smell to OG though so one day i will hopefully have something close to it. my XXX and Skywalker dont meet the standards for the true OG smell.

Thats awesome, you've got yourself a lovely set of mothers. I'd love to have a decent blue cheese on the go, the smell and taste is just so mouth watering!

Yeh the OG is an ugly looking plant, the leaves looked a little pale, so I gave them a tiny bit more N, then they burned lol, can't win!. DST was saying the original OG is one of the strongest smokes but the 18 isn't quite as strong. That's alright for me though to be honest, I don't smoke everyday so don't have a crazy tolerance.

it sure worked now!! those things just keep spitting out new growth! doesnt look like anymore real spider mite damage either. you sure did make me eat my words haha! great job buddy!

thanks for the bumpage, it takes me ages to get the pics big like that lol.

plants are looking sweet, it's a shame i can't let them go the full distance but they will still be good.
i fed them ph'd water yesterday, maybe one more bloombastic it's then flushy time.

there is still a lot of nutes tied up in them beds i reckon, the leaves are still very green, i'm expecting to see yellowing by the next feed, maybe even some purpling, lets wait and see

I wouldn't worry mate, I think they'll be just right when it comes round to harvest time, they're looking quality already. I remember pukka saying he had some slight purpling going on just before the chop, definitely a great strain by anyones standards.

it is a strange bud structure alright, the tops of most of the buds got burned by the lights so the foxtails are coming from the sides and growing up over the top of the buds, i made a lot of fuck ups in this grow and it's still going to turn out well.

i would love to give this plant the proper treatment, it deserves more than a half hearted attempt, my two cheese tents are getting all the attention.

Hi mate, lovin the g13 pics, youve done a wicked job on them!!!........like you said its a shame you cant let them go the distance but they'll still be tasty and just more of a head high its a nice smoke!!, i think you'll be happy with the smell, and taste after the cure mate, i was and after seein the last pics you've defo got the same pheno as me!, i had the same bud formation they just keep comin all the way to week 10+!!!



wish i revegged her now :( ............didnt you say you might reveg??.........that would be cool, then if your happy with the end results you could grow it out, and give it your full attention lol, cos this run is killa so with full attention it would be fuckin amazin bro!!!!!!! :)

cheesey update:
tents are going well, they are being fed full strength nutes every day now, see the slight burn on the tips?.





i could get away with watering every other but things like this can happen if you aren't paying enough attention.



i must have missed this one the last feed cause when i went to water them last night it was droopy as hell and all the leaves had yellowed, i have given her an extra shot of n to try and sort it out, well see what becomes of her.
