Actually he's done this three times since I've been here. Same cycle. He gets pissed off, goes on a rampage, gets even more pissed off and just leaves. Comes back a few weeks later, everything's cool for a couple weeks, and then the cycle starts all over again.
I got a warning from him once, and he was right and I was wrong. I do see it seems he has a short fuse or maybe he is bi-polar? If it is the later, I do hope he seeks help.
